Someone called me back for records and never even offered an apology or any words of reassurance after I asked to delete my child's information and explained how I felt . Literally they don't care. Would never feel comfortable going that office with any child of mine with such terrible uncaring and condescending staff. Found another place that was welcoming for my young child. They also take your all your child's information and " look over it " and then have to "decide " if they want to take your child before they make an appointment which is very insane.

I called and asked for a note for my son to join me in the gym saying he was cleared for physical activity and received it, but a year later they denied the same for my daughter. I was blown away that they would refuse to do so because according to the Dr it would be unsafe for a 9 year old- even though I am a CPT and I know my daughters capabilities and limits. Welcome to the new age of western medicine. Pills and needles for everyone, but don't train your children in how to take of their bodies autonomously. Finding a new provider now.

( i want to be refunded). ******today 12/10/24 was completely unprofessional by dr clark and front staff. i am still shocked that i spent over an hour in the waiting room. once it became a full hour i then asked how much longer to the front desk and was told it would be additional 30 minutes she is busy. i was told to sit back down, i then was told 2 minute later she is now available (rudly) i am directed to dr. clark, she's already in the exam room to then have less than 90 seconds with her. i came in because my son has palilalia and she was clearly annoyed and wouldn't let me get a word in. i asked for a referral to connecticut children's and she told me that i can call connecticut childrens my self. i walked out at this point. so i waited over an hour for her 90 seconds of bad information and her telling me to make my own phone call. i will*** not*** be scammed charged for dr clark 90 seconds. i will contact a lawyer if i see any charges for 12/10/24. it's a fraud business and these doctors know exactly what they are doing!!! please look into my previous appointments with clark and void thoes fraud charges as well. she cost my family over 1000 dollars for unnecessary reasons. she is an awful person. please help my family and stop her from giving bad advice and stealing people's money.

I received a false-positive rapid covid test from this location. They use a testing machine (sofia…read more2) not approved by the FDA for asymptomatic people (unknown to me at the time) that rendered me positive. I took a PCR test later that day somewhere else, and it confirmed I was negative. I received my positive test result with just a sheet of paper and no instruction or guidance on what to do if I was positive. Understand that these tests have errors, but there's a clear lack of procedure here. I would not advise anyone to get a covid-tets at this location and go to a legitimate/approved doctor or testing facility.

Had a…read morechild with a serious medical issue - follow up calls by me, they never called to follow up on him, were with his office staff nurse who never introduced herself so I have no idea who she is. Requested records sent for second opinion. Office staff assumed it was a transfer of care even though paper clearly stated it was continuation of care so they "archived" my sons records. After their complete lack of caring I switched doctors and did request records. They said they never received the request and in any case they had to find my son's records. Who wants a pediatrician with a complete lack of attention to detail?
