Since then, I've called multiple times, only to find that nothing has been done. Despite their promises, no referrals have been processed, and when I reached out to the front desk, the staff member laughed at my concerns and abruptly hung up. During my appointment, Ana Rosario spent time criticizing insurance companies for not doing their part, yet she has failed to submit the referrals I need, even though I have paid the copay to be seen and treated. I called again yesterday and was told by the front desk that everything would be resolved by the end of the day. Yet, here I am the following day with no updates, no call back from RN, and no progress on my referrals. After reading the many negative reviews I should have seen earlier, it's clear this clinic is neglecting its patients. They continue to collect insurance payments without providing the necessary care. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise against trusting this office for primary care.

While being professional he also has a sense of humor, which I appreciate. He takes my concerns seriously and submits the requests that I have for referrals or prescriptions in a timely way. I highly recommend him. And I have found the other staff at VMG to be professional and polite. There have been times when I have called them on a weekend because of my son's croup or last minute after my son accidently cuts his eye lid and they make time for him. As a parent, it is essential to have doctor that is accessible at all hours. Love this place and we would never transfer anywhere else.
