He does unauthorized work and she is quite afraid of him after her experience. She when in for one problem and after her mouth was frozen he did lots of other things without even asking. When she asked what he did he just said it was necessary with no explanation. When she asked how much it cost it was well over $1000. When she said she didn't have that he tried to sign her up for "financing" for this and to get her signature she asked what the interest rate was at which time he said he could wreck her credit rating and she would never get any loans or a mortgage again. I transferred over the money to her and took her to my dentist who said only what she came in for was needed and that it should have only cost about $250 to $300 and not many times that.

Today I had an apointment at the hurontario and central park location. They are located in a 3 story medical building across the street from Walleys restaurant. They are on the 3rd floor and with plenty of parking spots for your visit. Dr. Madhat is extremely experienced dentist with what I believe is 35-40 years of clinical experience , he is exceptionally nice person ,very patient , extremely knowledgable , takes his time with you and explains everything thoroughly and always makes sure your comfortable before and after your procedure. The rest of his team at the clinic including Ragda and the other hygienists are just amazing. They always remember you and great you by name and your always treated like family when you arrive. They always see you almost imediatly so your not waiting around in waiting room , just fabulous overall service. Because I dont have dental insurance they have always given me discounts and provided very reasonable prices for my dental procedures. I will not see another dentist . This office is basically staffed by angels. Every single person was excellent. Leanne, the office manager, is so kind and welcoming and efficient, and she responds very promptly. As soon as I got back to my office I saw that she'd already sent me my full receipt via email! Stephanie, my hygienist, and Dr. Aisling Whitaker, my dentist, are both gentle and compassionate and ethical and thorough. They carefully reviewed my medical history/profile, which I was invited to fill online prior to my appointment, and approached my appointment with my previous experiences in mind. As weird as it sounds, the whole cleaning and exam experience was just very...well, relaxing. I got to leave the office and stop thinking about work for the duration of my appointment. What I like most is that their practice is full of integrity. There was no forceful, pushy selling of things I didn't want or need - which was my experience at the last dental office I went to and why I was looking for a new one. They pointed out things that weren't immediate concerns but should be kept an eye on, and told me about options I might consider down the road. The second thing I appreciated the most is how thorough they were. Dr. Whitaker walked me through my xrays and photos to explain the health of my teeth, gums, and jaws, section to section. She even pointed out a weird growth in my sinus on the 360 xray that needs to get checked out. Luckily, I already have an appointment with an ENT - not about that, but now I know to bring this up to his attention - but even if I didn't, she did mention that she can write referrals to dental surgeons or ENTs to get it looked after. She even asked me to ask my family doctor to forward them any CT scans or other diagnostics my ENT does, so that they are all on the same page. I really appreciate their collaborative approach, how they will coordinate with your other health practitioners to ensure you're looked after from all perspectives. I can't recommend them enough! (Also, I'm really embarrassed to add that I can't remember the name of the person who took my xrays and photographs, but she was great, too. Very kind and patient and she had really steady hands.)

So my daughter has been Dr. Cross's patient-we had seen him once free of charge last year and then never needed to come here again. So this time around after visiting the Orthodontist the decision made was 4 teeth extraction for improving crowding. My daughter went in this afternoon and the front staff greeted us took all our insurance info sent in all the direct billing for us-we pay upfront and the they direct bill for us and we receive the check that's how they work. Baby A. was taken inside in a timely manner and Patricia our dental assistant made her feel so so comfortable.She briefed us with the procedure and Dr. Cross soon came in and made A. at easy securing her the 4 shots won't feel and the extraction would feel nothing but a tug and pressure. All this was done within an hours time-Patrica constantly held my daughters hand and patted on her held she felt so so nice she just told me and Dr. Cross obviously did a great job keeping A. engaged with his short conversations.He is very experienced and gentle. This clinic is super clean-modern-lots of staff and lots of parking.Its situated in the Milton mall by Lowes.
