She sends "Friendly Reminders" and "Violation Letters" without follow up on the issues. One violation letter that was sent in February 2026, took them 7 months to clear it. It's amazing how prompt they are to send out a letter with a deadline, but they can't follow up to make the issue as "fixed or satisfied" afterwards. Recently we parked a truck and trailer on the public street for 1 day, and the HOA promptly sent a disturbing "Friendly Reminders" letter with threatening under tones. By the time the mailed "Friendly Reminder" letter was received the vehicle was gone for 2 days, never mind that the truck and trailer were not even parked a day. When called to ask about it, the HOA had advised that "no one can park there unattended at any time", however the HOA bi-laws state 24 hours. Surprisingly they supersede the City of Temecula, which states 72 hours. Two years ago we had gotten a similar complaint AND the police were called and we were ticketed, which at that point in time truck and trailer was only parked for 6 hours. The city dismissed the ticket. Apparently, there's an ex-HOA member next door filing these frivolous reports and the HOA caters to them without making any investigations. We don't need an unprofessional "Friendly Reminder" sent to us for parking for the day.

I needed to get my garage door programmed, so I traveling to temecula thirty miles each way but still didn't getting my issue resolved. It was highly frustrating. They often have meetings for the HOA but then cancel them at the last minute or create a zoom meeting instead. So that they can control, who attends and who gets to speak The only time I've ever gotten help in consideration and kind words is from Ruby Ferguson. Whoever hired her needs to give her a raise & also thank her for working to fix the view and perception of this office and this company.

So you may want to attend your HOA meetings in person, meet your board members and communicate and voice your concerns to your elected Board Members.
