I've been a current tenant here for over 5 years, so at this point I feel less like a resident and more like part of the property's long-term case study. Let's start with the positives, because there are some. The complex is generally clean, and the landscaping is actually kept up nicely. Credit where it's due, the outside looks good... which is great, because that's about where the "luxury" experience begins and ends. The word "luxury" in the name feels more like a creative writing choice than a factual description. This is not a luxury complex. It's just another apartment complex with a nicer font. The office staff is a bit of a roulette wheel. Sometimes you get someone helpful and polite, other times you get treated like you're personally inconveniencing them by existing. It really keeps things exciting. Now let's talk about policies. If your rent happens to be lower than the current going rate, don't even think about transferring units. They won't let you move, and they definitely won't lower your rent. So your reward for being a long-term tenant is... staying exactly where you are. Security is more of a concept than a reality. The gate? Purely decorative. It gives off strong "illusion of safety" energy. People come and go freely, including the occasional car break-ins and mailbox thefts. Nothing has ever really been done about it, so I assume it's part of the community experience now. Parking rules technically exist, but enforcement does not. Non-residents park inside all the time, get a warning, and carry on. I've never seen a single car towed. It's more of a suggestion than a rule. Amenities are... memorable. The gym equipment breaks often, and when you report it, you can expect it to be fixed sometime between "eventually" and "maybe next season." If your favorite machine goes down, consider that chapter of your fitness journey closed. The pool is another highlight. I'm fairly certain the water has never actually been changed, just aggressively re-chlorinated once a year like a science experiment. Given that it's mostly used by kids, I'll let you connect the dots there. The dog park is also a seasonal attraction. Every time it rains, the entrance floods and it gets shut down. This has been reported multiple times, and nothing has changed. Bonus features include the occasional rattlesnake, because why not. Rules here are also more like light suggestions. Smoking is technically prohibited, yet you'll regularly catch people lighting up like it's part of the amenities package. Add to that the daily after-school hangouts, where groups of high school kids treat the complex like their personal social hub, and you start to wonder what exactly is being enforced. Wildlife is abundant here. We're talking more exotic sightings than a field trip to the zoo, including coyotes casually roaming inside the complex. So yes, hide yo kids, hide yo dogs. If you're looking for a place that looks nice from the outside, keeps you on your toes, and redefines the word "luxury," this might be the place for you. Resort style living at the average cost. Great Front office staff. Only issue would be very thin floors and walls. This is a place that only people should come to if they are used to living in apartments and walking softly. Picking up your dog poo and living respectfully. Tight knit living with lots of QUIET and respectful kids/families. Security is nice & thorough (Tom/Todd? Can't remember what his name is but always walking around at night when I take my dog out which is nice.) Cleaning staff are super pleasant and Front office stuff is as helpful as they are allowed to be. I've lived in several high-end apartment complexes over the last 20 years and this is the most well run I have encountered and I would expect that it stays that way I would attribute this to the manager And her staff. read more

This place is not worth the price. 2100 for a two bed two bath. it's not the absolute worst because it's clean and quiet for the most part. but the staff is awful, and the neighbors are terrible. they will be loud in their house and make complaints after complaints for the slightest noise in mine. i'm talking, putting groceries away at 7:30pm, i'll have security knock on my door telling me the neighbors called to complain about noise. my car is too loud, my doors close too loud, i walk too loud, im too loud in the hallway.. they all gossip with each other, and i live under a microscope here. it's ridiculous . i've never felt so unwelcome in my own home. every time i walk outside im worried ill get another call because they complain about me literally breathing here. it's awful. Staff dont communicate with you about anything unless they're addressing complaints being made. i've had my packages stolen, i've had my house broken into twice here - and when called the police - i got a freakin complaints about the police being here!! it's awful. i cannot wait til my lease is over so i can live somewhere i don't have to worry about breathing too loudly because my neighbors don't understand that you sometimes hear noises in apartment complexes . read more

My experience with Pacific Landing was great. I had to keep rescheduling to set up a time to do a tour but Nate Gozlan was patient and helped me in a very timely manner. I did the tour with him seeking a 3 BD apartment and the place is absolutely beautiful. The units are spacious and all the amenities are amazing. Pacific Landing is the worst place and the most expensive place I've ever leased. Most of the front desk helpers are not nice except for Marie, and the main boss is nice. The rest are snob and not nice. They should not work there is they are not friendly. We are their customers. I am just requesting to recheck our air-conditioning, and she said that the maintenance checked it and it's cooling just right, which is not true... she answered me, " Oh well... So rude!! Parking Nazis strike again! This is my second time helping out a friend at these apartments. They needed some help to carry something up to their apartment...I'm there less than 5 minutes and come back to my vehicle to find a sticker on my driver side window to alert me that I will get a ticket for parking. 5 minutes! At least 20 open parking spots around me and I get the parking police sticker ‍. So I see the lady walking around with a big smile on her face and I confront her about my 5 minutes to help a friend. She laughs at ne and tells me good luck getting the sticker off my window! Tells me to make sure to use Goo Gone! Ok, so I help a friend and now I have to go to Home Depot for Goo Gone to then put another 30 minutes into cleaning my window! Ridiculous! Typical CA living where Liberal HOA thinking is actually a deterrent from visiting or helping others! At this point I will dedicate my time to warning everyone I know about this place and I'll be helping my friend find a more friendly place to live! Pacific Landing Apartments - Here is the sticker that took more than 30 minutes and cost me money to remove! - Apartments Near Me - Murrieta, California

Easily the worst front office I have ever experienced. I have been living here for nearly two years and literally every encounter with the front office has been a headache. At this point I can't even remember each scenario in which they didn't do what they said they were going to do. 1. When I inquired about this place I asked for a tour and was denied. Odd I thought. Then after moving in I saw tours all of the time. 2. Security companies and protocols change very frequently. I never feel comfortable in my own complex because security is breathing down you neck. I circled the parking lot a few times one night looking for parking only to have the police called on me. I asked why they were called I was told I was "suspicious". I then asked what is suspicious about looking for parking? I understand what they were trying to say but at least have a good reason besides "I saw a guy in a car driving and that must mean he's gonna break the law." It just sucks to know that if you are looking for parking for long than a few minutes then they consider you a potential criminal. Also, no apology from the front office. 3. Our step leaving our building always have mud at the bottom. I have asked them numerous times to fix the issue but they refuse. Now if it rains or even drizzles we can't even come home without getting mud on our shoes. 4. We resigned the lease a few months ago because we weren't ready to move yet. At the signing we booked exterminators (the ants are horrible). I took the morning off of work to be there. They never showed. I called to check. They never made the appointment. Even though the front office looked ya in the eyes and said they would take care of it. 5. At this point I have lost faith in the front offices ability to follow up or properly schedule anything. When I called about the no show appointment they said they would make up for it by giving us a a free accent wall and something else. I asked for the manager to send me an email detailing what he promised to have it writing. That didn't happen. 4 months later still no accent wall. 6. I lost my house key temporarily(lost inside the house, hey nobody is perfect). I went to the front office to use the spare key. They didn't have it. When they did "find" it they realized that the exterminator still had the key from months prior. That is just plain scary. Some random person had our key this whole time? He could of made copies?! Wow. Not only is that dangerous but extremely unprofessional. Also no remorse from the manager. I don't know how they hired the current manager but he truly is a mess. The last time I was in there he was openly complaining about partying all weekend in LA and he got so drunk he left his keys at the bar. I'm sorry but I don't want to hear that you lost your personal keys the same day I'm asking for the spare key you lost. The apartments are nice. However the staff and the environment that they create is sub par. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Much more affordable places in town with less headache and more professionalism. I was afraid to write this because I have a strong feeling they will try and get back at me for being honest by the time move out day comes. Don't expect getting your deposit back!! DO expect to get charge for cleaning/carpet and other misc. (It doesn't matter if you leave the apartment better looking than the day you moved-in.) You're basically getting charged for things to see your security deposit disappear!!! Melissa Wickerd is the community manager and she is really unprofessional. She is the one in charge of holding your deposit and won't give it back!!! Unless you fight for it and take legal action. I have rented other apartments and never dealt with this nonsense. read more

I recently moved out and I was contemplating if I should write a review or not but honestly after my whole experience, I feel I should warn others. Dealing with the unprofessional front office staff will drive anyone mad, no one knows how to do anything, repairs, complaints etc are NEVER handled not to mention the absent minded manager they have now is a mess to say the least. Sandy the manager makes excuses and lies about new changes coming, forgets what she tells you she is going to do, when you bring issues to her attention. Security at this place has always been a complete joke. Garages and cars are always being broken into! The manager claims they have new security yet, I've never seen them on site patrolling like they claim, Nothing has changed!!! The front gates are always open at all hours of the night anyone can just come in, cars are always going in on the opposite side, everyone speeds through the gates and throughout the community, I called the front office about the speeding and no one cared! The front call box never works to let guests in. Parking is a complete DISASTER!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I could go on and on, I couldn't wait for my lease to end and move out. Be ready to walk 2 miles to your apartment if you get home past 6pm. Parking is horrible. They closed all of the amenities due to covid (understandable) but with no cutback and even raised the rent once my lease was up. Oh and also be ready for some BS charges after moving ($1000) on top of keeping my deposit. Funny because I only lived there for a year and kept the place VERY clean. See photos!!!! Confirmed apartment was ready two days ahead of move in!!!!!!!! We paid deposits and rent weeks in advance. Trim is majorly damaged, black curly hair everywhere, dripping paint!!! Unfortunately, the first impression has been horrible. We relocated from Missouri to California and were told by leasing agent we have been working with to pick up keys for our apt at 9:15 today. We show up at 10:45 and are given keys to garage and the 3 bedroom apt. We pull in the teensy tiny garage and it is full of cleaning equipment. We think, well that's strange, but hey maybe its provided to renters. We head to our apt and the keys DO NOT work for our door and there are multiple bags of trash and cleaning gear outside the door. I call the leasing department and they send a janitor on a golf cart to help with key situation. Janitor says he has no idea where ball was dropped but apt will not be ready until 430. I call the leasing agent and manager and she and he are also clueless and says he will get all possible employees in the apt to get it ready at 1. We show back up at 1:20 (apartment smells like a bleach bomb went off) with the ppw we were given at 10 a.m. to sign off on so we could get amenities key fob. Kids want to swim! To get amenities key you need to sign apt is in clean and pristine condition. I will not sign that and show everyone working there the photos!!! Place is ratchet. She gives me 1 key fob for pool that Does Not work. Seriously!! We have to go back in and get working amenities key fob. Supposedly, cleaning crew is showing up tomorrow.....trim is trashed and peeling, doors are off tracks and won't close, cabinets are chipped, floors are all scratched..... Most unprofessional and uncaring staff. They would rather gossip in the kitchen than help a resident out. The fireplaces outside were broken and rarely fixed. The spa was not maintained as often as it should be. The parking situation is a joke and often requires parking on the street. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to break my lease after only five months. I paid the full month cost without contest and they charged me over $600 in move out fees, stating it needed excessive cleaning, carpet cleaning on brand new carpet that I never put shoes on nor had any animals and was a single resident. I have lived a Pacific Lansing for almost 4 years and this complex is definitely one of the best. Management keeps the property clean and are always doing updates to make it even better. I have not had any problems here and the girls in the management office are so helpful and friendly. Do not rent here!!!!!!They only want to make money off you, and they dont care about the renters. They take a really long time fixing things and expect you to pay your rent on time. Moving in, they did not go over the contract entirely and left things out. People constantly move in and out of these apartment, including those that work there. Andrew is really nice and a hard worker, but the new manager does not care about anyone, nor does this company. They will charge you for everything on move out, including the carpet that they take out. We had perfectly good carpet and they ripped it out for the next people, but want to charge us. Im sure there are nicer places to rent in Murrieta. i wish I could give 0 stars but I cant. read more

I'm happy with my apartment. I am sad when I go outside and see all the dead grass and weeds everywhere! Except in front of the building. I was led to believe by the brochure that showed green grass and flowers and this is not the reality. The dog park is the the worst now. Parking is bad. Garages are super small. We are required to park a car inside, however, in our case we cannot open our car doors enough to get out comfortably. I also do not understand why there is no crime reported in our building, when there definitely has been. Including a hit and run by a drunk neighbor smashed 3 cars and yet the neighbor is still allowed to live here. ***After I left a very detailed message and review regarding my experience at Pacific Landing Apartments, I'm still waiting for a response from Kim A. Who responds to all the other great reviews. Kim A. I would appreciate a response from you. I was forced to move out of my apartment, even though I always paid my rent on time, never had a complaint against me, yet Elizabeth would not renew my lease. When I asked why? She told me she did not have to give me a reason. Truth is she couldn't because there was no reason other than I posted real life pictures of the dead grass on Yelp. I have driven through the complex a few times in the last year and nothing has changed however in the contract it states that you take care of the landscaping and watering. So in essence the contract was not fulfilled. I know it's illegal to Retaliate against a tenant for posting the truth with photos. However, this is exactly what happened. I'd also like to say that the superintendent that inspected my apartment said he is shocked that I am being forced to move, but my apartment was one of the top two apartments he had seen as far as cleanliness on a move out inspection. And I received almost my entire deposit back, including a cat deposit. The only thing I was charged for was a Metal piece on the bottom of my oven that got scratched with cleaning. I thought that was excessive, however I didn't fight it. And so I am asking Kim A. to please respond either here or in writing. Your office has my forwarding address. Things has change from my last review. And it's not for the better. I read the other reviews and I just can't believe what they did to one renter. That's insane. Old post from over a year ago. Judged too soon ******* Been here for about 2 months now. So far so good. Haven't really had issues with neighbors or the surrounding of this location. The only issue is parking when it gets too late. Best part we have a 1 car garage. But I own two vehicles. One is mine and the other is my husband. So, As long as I don't take the car, that is parked outside, anywhere after 5-6pm. However, I won't the lower ratings because of that. read more

I really enjoyed my stay here at pacific landing. Sandy was always very helpful and even the property manager was very helpful when I had an issue moving out regarding my deposit. I lived here for a year and it was a breath of fresh air! They are very dog friendly so my dogs where able to make lots of new friends on our morning and evening walks. This is my first apartment style home so my only recommendation Is to try and stay on the two lower floors due to bringing groceries or moving up 3 stories is killer haha. Prison life, yes, apartment looks nice but like the other tenants stated they are constructed very cheaply. The surroundings are in dire need of power-washing from all the food and trash children leave everywhere. The freeway noise is pretty bad not to mention being woken up twice a week at 6:55 for the garbage man to take out the garbage or not being able to use the tennis court when my rent was paying for it. The girls accidentally left an eviction notice on my door when it was for another unit. The staff are anti-social. The property is way overpriced when you take into account what you're dealing with heat, noise, filthy grounds, overflown trash bins, lack of tennis court access...Traffic from the high school.... At one point I couldn't even get into my driveway because it was being bogarted by kids playing with toy cars. Long story short I believe it's turning into a section-8 property and during the duration I've been there numerous people have been evicted. I also felt like I was being watched by the grounds people all the time not to mention the unfriendly postal worker who will go postal on you if you try and get your mail when shes in there. I wanted to give Sandy and the leasing staff a shout out for all their amazing hard work to revive and reconstruct our community. I was beyond happy when I received an email that Sandy would be returning as property manager. I have lived at Pacific Landing since the property opened, so to see an original staff member return to bring life back to this community was one of the smartest moves the owner has made. The past three years under Melissa Wickerd's management has been difficult to sit back and watch unfold. It definitely opened up conversations with neighbors I've never spoken to as far as how unfortunate it was to see our community neglected, deteriorating and the level unprofessionalism that was allowed while she was manager. With that said, I want to focus on the positive and present. In the past 60 days I have seen a dramatic change to the appearance and structure of our community. Landscaping has done an amazing job cleaning up the property, the community feels safe again, the gates are up and running, the gym and pool area are clean, maintenance is processing work orders and cleaning the exterior of the community, employees are dressed professionally and speak professionally, parking is improving and we're finally bringing back garage and balcony checks. I see Sandy out there walking the property and involved with the community. I'm certain she has a lot on her plate internally but she always has a big smile on her face and never complains. I am so happy she is back and thanks to her, I renewed my lease for another year! Welcome back Sandy! read more

We've been living here for six weeks. I adore my apartment! We have a two bedroom, two baths, really large kitchen, with lots of cupboard space. We have a full size dining room, built in desk, double sinks in the Master bath. Large cabinets in the bathrooms with plenty of room to store bathroom essentials. I highly recommend Pacific Landing. The staff is efficient, friendly, and many of them live at the community. Gorgeous property! Lots of green areas. A pet play park, where you can take your puppies to play. Pacific landing was definitely one of our favorite apartments to stay at. We were sad to leave due to employment relocation but highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is thinking of moving in. Sandy who was our representative from start to finish helped us with any and all questions we had throughout our stay within the community. The complex is quiet and calm. All amenities were kept up and the complex encourages the community to come together every so often with weekly events. Great location right by the freeway but far enough to not hear anything from the freeway. Beautiful walking trails in and out of the complex as well. Our apartment had new appliances as well as deep cabinets for storage and the living spaces were a great size for our family. We stayed towards the back on the 3rd floor. I am moving after residing here for almost 4 years. Apartment living is challenging and not always due to management. My biggest issue was that although the complex is gated it was never secure. Well, I've been notified that mid-February will see that complex is not only gated but secure, allowing only tenants access with their fob. Second issue (again not the fault of management), the horrible and irresponsible tenants who do not pick up after their dogs (which is a violation of rental agreement) and just expect someone else to. They know who they are. Lastly those either moving in or out that leave things in the trash areas they shouldn't, it's just rude and they don't have any regard or demonstratee much decency toward others. With that said, my hats go off to the Maintenance crew. Their Housekeeping staff is stellar also. They are going on their 3rd manager and by all appearances she's getting things done that the previous two didn't. The grounds are well kept, the pool area is very resort like and plenty of grassy areas for kids to play. Management has get free get togethers for tenants about 5-6 times a year (or more) and they have a Food Truck come once a month. I was concerned about the Freeway noise but once I was there for awhile it just became white noise. Units are roomy and nicely appointed as well as pretty nicely insulated. Unless neighbors are trying hard to be noisy my unit was pretty quiet. read more

Let me start off that if I could go lower with the stars I would. I'm not sure why they are called "Luxury" they are anything but... When I moved in Sandy was extremely helpful but that was the last time anyone in the office was helpful. The assistant manager Rachael or whatever her role is is super rude, unhelpful, condescending, and clearly doesn't want to help you in anyway. During COVID everything was shut down for amenities but we were still charged for them. Services calls get lost for a week or so after submitting multiple requests. They say it's a no smoking property but people still smoke in the garages, hallways, or next to A/C units. The units are old outdated and they use very cheap materials for the flooring and blinds. Upon moving in last year I had cracks in the bathroom around the shower, shower heads didn't work so I had to buy my own. All the light fixtures didn't have lightbulbs so I had to buy my own. Dryer was so backed up with lint I'm surprised it didn't catch on fire. Not to mention I had owl poop and it's meals outside my window in my bedroom and asked them to clean it and they said there's nothing they can do and if I want it cleaned that I have to do it myself. They didn't tell me about the issue but they knew about it. Parking is extremely limited you have to have a parking pass and then pay more for a reserved spot. Even with the parking pass it doesn't guarantee you a parking spot so enjoy the park walk when you have to park on the street. Next the dogs everyone loves them. Poop is everywhere sidewalks in the grass no one picks up the dog poop. Dogs pee on stairwells so in the summer you get a vile smell of pee whenever opening up your door or just want to go on a walk. Dog park is the same just poop everywhere! They limit the dog breeds that are allowed but you still see the restricted breeds. The bypass is to register your dog as an ASE for 30 bucks and boom you can have whatever dog you want and they can't do anything, not to mention you don't have to pay a deposit or monthly for your dog. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to live somewhere that wants to take all your money and constantly feel like a money grab. read more

If anyone can't tolerate minimal noise from kid, then buy a home man, why to live in apartment community. Management is also on fault for this. I've been living at the complex for over a year and am sad to be leaving (moving to Long Beach). The staff has always been super nice and helpful. The amenities are amazing. When I had to have maintenance come to fix minor things, I put in a service request online and they would come fix it within a day or so. I will say parking is awful but could be worse. My roommates and I rotate the garage on a monthly basis, that's what we decided would be the most fair. It would also be nice to have medicine balls in the gym and movies that adults could enjoy in the evening , but those are just things I wanted, not implying that it isn't already great ! Overall, my personal experience is I do think the staff does a good job, and the apartments are beautiful and I would stay if i could. read more

The worst management I've ever dealt with anywhere. They sit in the pool and talk shit on people that live here. They smoke weed in the pool area. They don't answer their phones or their doors. They are rude and careless. I've spent way too much money to live I. This shit hole. The apartments look nice and have high ceilings but aside from that everything is cheap and quickly done. Wrong size doors in my apartment and dirty carpets on arrival. Crappy cabinets and many other things. I've had people almost hit my kid with their car and then cuss out the kids and then let management know. But they don't do anything about the speed limit. They are more worried about the parking. I've been trying to get a parking pass for about a week or so and they don't return calls, emails, or answer the door. But they've threatened tow me. I'm pregnant and live on the third floor and am in the middle of moving. So parking inside is very helpful right now. There's literally dog poop everywhere. They don't clean the dog park. It's disgusting and half the time the people that live here tell you not to enter when they have the dog in there. They don't give you access to the tennis court. They have had the pool open even through Covid. Which is great. But aside from that I can't stand this place. OH! When we were visiting the pool the manager would check if people had guests or not (cuz were not supposed to, which I understand) but I'd only ever see her come up and tell non white people to leave and that we have to take turns or some other load of crap. It's nasty. And wrong. Anyway, there's much more I could say on this awful place. But like I said, I'm happy to be moving. We just moved into our first apartment together and we are so happy with everything! Claudia and Sandy were so helpful in the office. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with us. We are so grateful for them. They make this place feel like a happy community. The apartment itself is very nice, we had a couple issues but maintenance came right away to fix what we needed. I researched in Florida for months! Not knowing to much about this area I checked Temecula first. There were lots of disappointing reviews until I discovered that right next-door was Murrieta. I saw one apartment that looked too good to be true. It was much larger square footage, it was brand-new, it had a tremendous pool, Internet room, movie theater, I could go on and on. I immediately call the number and spoke to Claudia she was extremely helpful. I needed to be on the ground floor because of the bad knee and she took care of me and now I have A beautiful apartment on the first floor which I rented site unseen. Oh and I forgot the best part they have a dog park which is the size of a football field and my two little Chihuahuas run and play with dogs of all sizes. Let's just start with saying my boyfriend and I lived there for two years, we moved in when I was 8 months pregnant and my daughter is turning two in two days. Each month it seemed to get worse and worse, they started to Harass us about certain things and about who was basically aloud to visit us, god forbid you have family over for more than one day of family visiting from outta state, best bet is to tell them to stay at a hotel or another family's house unless they want to be harass when walking to their rental car out front about what apartment they live in, etc. Then we got a call the DAY our leased ended saying we are supposed to be moved out and they called us at 1pm ? Don't they open at 8-9am and should be making move in and move out calls first thing in the morning ? They gave us half a day to move our whole entire apartment! They never called a week before or even days before to let us know hey your lease is ending and we haven't heard from you because we were under the impression we had 30 more days until the lease ended but I guess not. We moved out collected all our belongings and even changed the mail address and haven't heard from them for almost a full month then just two days ago I get a call from them saying hey you have an outstanding balance with us and if you don't pay it goes to collections in 5 days?!? Like what???!!!!! I informed the guy on the phone I haven't received mail or emails or even a phone call stating there was an outstanding balance, he said well if you don't pay it will go to collections !!! They can't be serious right !? I said well I don't believe that's right or fair because no one has communicated with me on anything, he tried to say sorry that they were going through new chances and management in the office, how is that my fault that they aren't doing their jobs correctly?!? Worst place to live ! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! Unless you wanna stress and deal with the horrible management and parking they give you. read more

Negative reviews here surprise me. But everyone's experience is different.. It can definitely depend on your location here. Maybe I'm just very lucky, idk! I love it here, it's a new complex, they're very nice, well made and clean (I saw people say it's filthy??? Where?) I barely ever hear my neighbors, in any direction, knock on wood. I've been here for 10 months.. maybe I just have really awesome, considerate neighbors lol I mean come on people, these are apartments. You're always going to hear something going on to some degree, especially if you live on ground level or the second floor above the garages. I personally like how many staff I see patrolling the complex constantly, and I've never had a bad experience with the ladies in the office either. Even when my toddler wasn't listening well, being moody, they all kept patience with my extenuating circumstances that led to me needing an apartment asap. The lady helping me that day even lent me her own tape measure so I could make a decision on which apartment I wanted, and I hadn't even realized I was keeping her after hours. She still kept patience and understanding in a time when I really needed it. They very promptly had pest control sent to my place like the next day when I randomly had ants, no problem. Can you hear the high school? Yeah, and you literally sign a paper stating you realize the probability of hearing them. I live on the side closest to the field and I like hearing the games, brings me back! It's all about perspective, some people are just miserable and will find anything to complain about. Update: I moved to Orange County for work back in April, just wanted to let people know that move out was amazing! The girls in the office and maintenance were awesome throughout the process, they were super fair about what cleaning needed to be done. I would move back to this complex in a heart beat if I needed to go back to the area. read more

Wow! I can't believe some of these reviews!! This property is amazing and brand new! It's called apartment living! The girls in the leasing office are awesome they are extremely helpful, the entire staff is very welcoming. I really like how new everything is from the granite counters to fresh paint, you can even have your walls painted in accent colors that the office provides. The staff puts together community parties for the residents, with catered food, activities and prizes for kids. The location is great, the freeway is close and a shopping mall down the street, there's also Super Target up the road and that's extremely convenient. I love the property and I've lived in several apartments in SoCal for many years, this is one for sure one of my favorites. I really enjoy the modern gym and there is a movie theater that plays movies 3 times a week with complimentary popcorn drinks and snacks. The post about the grass being dead is beyond ridiculous, it's SoCal we are in a drought, and this is the valley it reaches up to 120 degrees in the summer. I love that it is a smoke free community and free parking, I used to live in San Diego where there was TRULY NO PARKING, Id pay for parking separate from rent, some apartments I've lived in I'd have to walk several blocks from my unit because they were street parking only, at Pacific landing units come with a garage and there is open outside parking, that just like any parking lot gets fuller in the evening, but there is always parking by the gym. Whoever says this is becoming section 8 housing is insane and has never been to section 8 apartments! I overall love these apartments and am extremely happy here :) read more
