    Poor quality service and customer experience. Ended up spending a lot of time and money fixing the car shortly after purchasing.

I put off buying a car for decades. I marked up the April issue of Consumers' Report and realized I had to come to grips with the changes in technology. I asked a lot of questions and Nicole was smart, patient, prompt, straight forward and professional. She provided practical and relevant choices to help me make a decision. Scott, Trustin and Randy were upfront, fair and made good on their word. Thank you for expediting the transaction and delivering my new (used) car. Ed Shults Subaru lent me the confidence to make a change in my one-car-household. Subaru offers exceptional quality that I could afford and rely on. And, I like the way it looks.

Coolant exchange, transmission fluid exchange, serpentine belt replacement, numerous oil changes. No problems, very professional service department. I am only leaving a four star review because it appears that this app is removing their five star reviews. Note that although the dealership does not have a great rating on this app, there are currently 16 positive reviews most of them five star that are "currently not recommended". I think that's really unfair for them to remove those positive reviews and leave seven and eight year old negative reviews. That does not build trust, certainly not enough to pay for Advertising on this app!

    Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4)…read moreletters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.

Took forever to get the title cause he refused to do the necessary paperwork. And when I tried talking to him he just brushed me off and was kinda rude about it. Like he didn't have time to talk to me cause he already knew he had his money. And he charged me late fees for his mistake.
