I pushed the premium button and it said bay was washing someone and not to go in.... but there wasn't anyone in the bay. I pushed the refund button and it wouldn't give me back my money. Don's has a great car wash and detailing department. They have diff packages and their details may be steeply priced, but they are good at what they do. Staff is usually hurried and short with you. In their defence, they are generally busy and seem to have chores and side projects to do as well. They are fast and efficient :)

There are plenty of pumps with a lot of room between them and they are very well maintained. There are vacuums that work well and are easy to get to. They have a well stocked convenience store. And, if there is any issues, the staff is quick to respond and friendly about it. (for example, there was no ice in the pop station and they quickly filled it and apologized for the inconvenience). The store and restrooms were very clean as well. I've not experienced the detailing or oil change here, but car washes have left our van looking great!

Then the mechanic came out and told me I also needed another part for $200. I said fix it. Then the same mechanic came out and said I needed a 3rd part for another $300 and my bill was now close to $1k. Again I told them I needed my van fixed. I'm then told "their other dealership" in PA can fix Dodge vehicles. I left and told a friend about the quotes I was given. She told me to go to her garage, which is All Makes Express. I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.
