The "consultation" was very brief. I felt like she wasn't really interested in my needs. Although I asked for a tee shirt style bra I was sold a regular looking bra that was equipped with a lining to accommodate a prothesis which I don't wear. The item was wrapped and given to me so I did not notice this until I got home. I called and made arrangements to return it. I spoke to Gail and said I was more in the market for a Tee shirt bra. She didn't seem any more interested than her sales girl. She ordered a replacement ( not a tee shirt bra) which I picked up and left. No one suggested other styles. Just slam bam TY mame. I am literally the second largest breasted customer they have, and I can verify they go all out to find bras that fit and flatter me. They always have one on hand for me to try on and I order two more. I have tried ordering bras online and at department stores with no success. I strongly believe a woman should be measured for a bra every six months, no matter what her size. They are very immaculate and observe strict COVID-19 protocols, serving one customer at a time, sanitizing between customers, requiring hand sanitizing upon entering and wearing face masks. Our original appointment time was 3:00 p.m.but all the ladies arrived at 4:30 p.m. The owners were so pleasant and didn't rush us. This shop is a life saver. I came there the first time because a group of friends organized a bra-fitting party. For that day, the lovely ladies closed the shop early to be able to focus on our group. Each of us got fitted and were happy to purchase an item that really fitted us. What struck me most on that day was the dedication of these ladies. One of my friends was in the fitting room for close to a hour, yet the ladies were patient and helped her until she found something that fit. I came at a later day with my mom because she was in need of a good bra. Once again, these ladies did not disappoint. They took their time to help my mom and were very patient with her (my mom does not speak English so I had to be the translator for both parties). My mom was very happy and satisfied with her purchase and only relies on bras she get from that shop since then. I also got a few pieces from them. They have durable and unique pieces. I've never actually written a Yelp review, but Measured to Fit and all the women who work there were fantastic so I just had to share. I was in the area for a family wedding when I discovered that my convertible bra had broken. This was about seven hours before the wedding, and I wear a very difficult to find size, so I couldn't just run to a department store. I called Measured to Fit and was told they only do appointments, but they were able to squeeze me in at 2.30 that day (they close at 3 and the wedding was at 4). I took a shower, grabbed my dress, and got to the shop. I'm sorry I've since forgotten the name of the woman who helped me, but she was great! She asked what size bra I was wearing, took one look at me, went to the rack, and came back with a strapless bra - it fit perfectly. This was literally the first time in my life that someone fit me on the first try. She helped me get into my dress to make sure the bra worked, and when it did I asked her to just cut off the tags I was wearing it out. The other women wanted to see the dress and the fit and I got some great approval. And then I went to pay, assuming it was going to be very expensive because of my size, and having not even looked at the tag. It was totally reasonably priced - about half of what I was expecting it to be. If you find yourself near Wappingers Falls needing a bra, especially if you have a hard to find size, I totally recommend going to Measure to Fit. I'll definitely be back if I'm nearby. read more

I had a very confusing and disappointing experience with this shop. I went in March for a fitting and thought the shop and staff were lovely. They were going to place an order for me that they said would be in a week or so. After three weeks I called and left and a message and sent an e-mail and there was no response. I called again a few days later and was told that they had just received a shipment and that my order might be in the box and they would call me. I was trying to be patient so I waited a few more weeks (now a total of 7 weeks). I sent them an e-mail and facebook message telling them that I would have to make other arrangements if my order was still not in. Again, no response. I have no idea what is going on with this shop but I am really disappointed. I was hoping they would be my boutique for swimwear and lingerie. read more

I would love to say I love this place. The two ladies who run it are lovely. Beverly is the one I worked with. In store she was warm, personable and spent plenty of time with me. But follow up was awful. I waited months for the bra to come in for my daughter's wedding. I called and never received a call back. Emails were unanswered. Finally the woman who owns the dress shop where I bought my mother of the bride dress called them. Lame, unbelievable excuses. They finally produced ONE bra for me to try instead of the several I was told would come in for me to try. No mention of the bathing suit I also ordered or the two every day bras I bought that really hurt even though I followed their break-in instructions. I'm still waiting for a phone call from Beverly because she promised to find a bra that would work for me. Meanwhile I'm stuck with 3 very expensive bras that don't really work. This has been going on since June 8th. It's now Sept 14. They don't do refunds, only store credit but at this point I would really like my money back for at least 2 of the 4 bras I own because I don't think they are ever going to come up with a viable solution. read more

Scheduling a fitting for myself and a friend through the Facebook page was so easy and they were quick with a response. The fitting itself was really fantastic. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, really wanting to make sure that we found what fit best and was most comfortable, as well as matching our style preferences. I finally went to get professionally measured , we've been measured by Vicki's before and a few other stores but it never turned out well. These women truly want what's best for you and won't quit until you find it. I've never seen such a wide variety of bras in my life. I had a good experience with these ladies. I needed a bustier for a off the shoulder/low backed dress. I have bigger "assets" and need support. I forget the name of the lady who helped me, but she spent about an hour with me trying difference bras and bustiers until I found the perfect one for the dress (which I brought and tried on with each candidate). The price was on the higher end, but considering her time sizing me properly and picking suitable bustiers it was definitely overall a value. I would recommend them to anyone who is difficult to size, has a rare size, or needs a particular bra/bustier for a low cut dress. read more

The owners of this boutique are lovely but be aware that they are business women and exchanges are only made with tags still on the garment. I felt I was given no style options and my sizing was a bad guess made by the sales women. My advise would be to wear the bra with the tags on until you are sure it's the correct fit and style, 4 hours at the least! Fit changes as you settle into the bra. Ask to try on a few different styles, don't assume the sales person knows best. During my second visit to find a bra the sales women pulled the tags off before I left the store because I said it seemed good...I now own a $70.00 ill fitting bra, the owner suggested I wear in my garden. read more

I made a last minute appointment with them to try to get a strapless bra for my wedding dress fitting (I lost track of time and the fitting appointment snuck up on me). They were very accommodating about getting me in for the fitting, but that the last of the good customer service. I ordered a bra and was told that it would take two weeks for it to come in since they order it from Europe so I thought that was very reasonable. Meanwhile they sent me home with a strapless boustea to wear during my fitting (this bra was HUGE on me even though they said it would fit exactly the same as the bra they ordered it did not fit correctly at all). The lady doing my dress fitting said to come back with the correct bra so I can be fitted properly. After almost three weeks I called Beverly back and explained my situation to her emphasizing that my dress lady was on a tight timeline and needed to get me fitted with the proper bra. Beverly said she would contact her representative and would call me back. She never called me back, so the next day I called her, but she was with another client at the time, the receptionist asked Beverly how long until she would call me back, Beverly said 10 minutes that she is just finishing up. I wanted 45 minutes before calling back AGAIN and Beverly still was not available (by this point I am extremely mad). I asked the receptionist to please put Beverly on the phone because this is unacceptable, so she did. Beverly told me that she would call me back once the shop was closed so she can sit down and sort this out with me without any interruptions. YET AGAIN I never received a phone call from her, and when I called her the next day her excuse was that she had a bra fitting party that night which did not get over until late. She had to know this when she told me earlier that she would call me back when the shop was closed, so I felt like she just kept telling me stuff to keep me quiet and it was all a show of "great" customer service (the service was terrible). I told them I needed my bra by June 30th because I have a fitting, but the bra was still not in by then and I had to push my appointment back yet again. FINALLY I got my bra after about 5 weeks and 2 unnecessary visits. I had asked about a discount for my inconvenience and Beverly told me that if she receives a discount from her representative than she will be more than happy to pass it on to me. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone and they sure will not be getting any of my business! read more
