The vehicle was then brought to another repair facility under warranty where I've just been told now after almost a year of dealing with the warranty I've discovered this a used transmission was installed and sold to me as a remanufactured transmission essentially robbing me and forcing me into so many other issues like Towing fees diagnostic fees, dealing with the back and forth lies excuses and complete failure in customer service the worst experience I've ever had with any repair facility and I'm still dealing with getting this issue resolved. bring your car literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble of being robbed swindled and lied to. I have to constantly chase them for updates. I have no faith in their work and the employees there consistently comment about how poor the service and quality is there as well. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR The only positive is that they gave me a shitty rental car after several months of them having my vehicle . I was quoted two weeks for this service that took eight months . The price did not change due to the insane length of time . And now I have to buy a new windshield due to those Mia treatment of the vehicle . The second time around they refuse a rental car. It's three months now ! I'm losing so much money and regret ever taking my car here . I would never recommend this place. (This was how my car was returned after a 6k repair. You think they would at least give it back not covered in bird shit and full of dirt from the windows having been left down) And none of the work is good. Another shop checked it out and told me it was in no condition to be driven. They have had my car longer than I have in the last two years.

Brought my recently purchased Lexus gx460 with 220K miles in to A+ on May 15 because of a "clunk"…read morethat could be heard inside and outside the car as well as actually feeling it. Was told that I would have to pay $800+ just to leave it with them but as long as they fixed the clunk for that amount I would be happy. When they called me the next day they gave me a pitch about the cost of Lexus parts and that there were codes indicating that the transmission and rear differential needed "servicing". They then told me the cost would be $8700 and I was shocked and asked if I could come pick up the car and they said they would have to put it all back together. I then asked if this would fix the "clunk" and he said he would guarantee it. On May 23 I paid the invoice and as soon as we drove it off, the "clunk" was still there....I returned the car on May 26 and now it is June 1st and the car is still at the shop still broken. So what they worked on did not fix the problem, should I have to pay for it? Do repair shop have carte blanche to say anything with a code needs overhauling?

He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I spent $1000.00 for that advice. Now it's been over a year and im still dealing with the same sensor. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.
