The last few times I've gotten the balloons, they've lasted less than 10 hours. It was a little disappointing, but I thought this is probably standard. A week ago I needed two clusters of balloons again. So I went to my favorite balloon store. I happened to mention to the young ladies behind the counter about noticing how short of a time the balloons last. One of the young ladies asked, "you don't get the spray inside of the balloons?" I was intrigued so I asked, "what spray?" She explained that there is a pump spray that they put in the balloons before inflating them that will help the balloons to last 24 hours instead of 8 to 10 hours as I had experienced. it was a few cents more per balloon. But I thought, "what the heck? Why not?" I purchased my balloon clusters on a Friday at four in the afternoon. It is now the following Thursday at four in the afternoon. A full seven days. The balloons are still inflated, still bright and colorful, and still impressive. A little bit of the shine has gone. But that's not a big deal. I'm so happy they told me about the spray. It has made a huge difference. From now on, I will always get the spray to make sure the balloons last this long and possibly longer! Do yourself a favor when buying balloons at It'zaparty and spend the extra few cents for the spray. Thank you It'zaparty!

The service is a bit slow but we had no choice but to be patient. Only one person at the register and and older women blowing up balloons . Hoping that our large order does not get mixed up or missing any balloons from our order cause our event is actually like most customers important. Last order never arrived and we did get a refund but that's not what we wanted to happen and disappoint family member . This order needs to be precise and complete and I am hoping all goes well. Let's see what the outcome will be... I will keep you posted if not! But the value is reasonable and comparable to others. They might need to get another cashier who could be faster or more knowledgeable of this store. She could have been new but the other women should have noticed she struggled and actually took over . But, order will determine if we come back in the future!!! Cross our fingers!

The staff is super nice. After my first few visits they greeted me by name and are always willing to help me find what I need, even ordering random things for me if I wanted something really wild or specific that I had planned to order online. So why only 4 stars? The place is a hot mess. It looks scary on the outside and it smells like my grandmothers house. It's what would happen if a hoarder owned a party/cake store. It's jam packed with stuff and, while organized, you do have to dig a bit through decades worth of stuff that never sold to find what you need. If something doesn't sell they leave it on the shelf for decades until someone buys it. There is no clearance. But if you need a Wilton pan shaped like a Cabbage Patch kid circa 1983, party decorations with Rainbow Brite, or a book on decorating from the 1970s, then you're sure to find it here.
