Whether it was for an auto loan, opening up a credit card or handling a fraud/scam claim they were all handled so smoothly and quickly. In this branch, I was taking care of getting an auto loan approved and was needing a check within 24 hours and Katelyn made it happen! I am so grateful on how smooth that entire transaction went. I went in at 11:30 am, provided information about the car and all that, left the bank after an hour, received a call back at 2 pm to come back for signing. By 4:45 pm I received a physical check and was able to finalize purchasing my car. AMAZING! Thank you so much Katelyn for such an easy flowing experience. I even lost an earring and they found it in the lobby, gave me a call and got it back at the time of the signing lol. This will be my bank for a very long time. Highly recommend if you're local!

Danielle was knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and got it resolved immediately. I had attempted this in another branch and it went unresolved for over a month. After my initial struggles, I had planned to close out her accounts and transfer her over to my bank, but after working with Danielle, I have decided to keep her accounts there. She ended up saying it would be done but spoiler it wasn't. My husband asked for a confirmation number or and she said she didn't have one?? She said it would be emailed but it never was and the money was also never put towards the loan. How are you a bank but you don't know how to transfer money from an account to a loan?
