The phone system went through several different scenarios that took several minutes and finally ended up hanging up on me. I already know that if I visit the bank and ask to speak to the manager they will require an appointment and that will require a second visit. So now I have to drive to the bank twice just to ask a question about why my new checks are almost $1.00 each. This seems like a bank that doesn't care about simple questions from their customers. I have been with Wells Fargo for 40 years. There are quite a few alternatives in Grover Beach. I will begin looking for a new bank that knows how to answer their phone!

After my initial struggles, I had planned to close out her accounts and transfer her over to my bank, but after working with Danielle, I have decided to keep her accounts there. Whether it was for an auto loan, opening up a credit card or handling a fraud/scam claim they were all handled so smoothly and quickly. In this branch, I was taking care of getting an auto loan approved and was needing a check within 24 hours and Katelyn made it happen! I am so grateful on how smooth that entire transaction went. I went in at 11:30 am, provided information about the car and all that, left the bank after an hour, received a call back at 2 pm to come back for signing. By 4:45 pm I received a physical check and was able to finalize purchasing my car. AMAZING! Thank you so much Katelyn for such an easy flowing experience. I even lost an earring and they found it in the lobby, gave me a call and got it back at the time of the signing lol. This will be my bank for a very long time. Highly recommend if you're local!
