Today was my first time visiting. This casino had very nice hosts. It was extremely clean and smoking is prohibited. However, almost every single slot was a bingo slot. I don't play bingo slots and I don't recommend that you do either. It's no fun. If you're not familiar with bingo slots, go google it. That's why I give it a two star. read more

I have been to this casino at least 10 times, thinking I'll give them one more chance and I have never won more than $40. Also I hate that they want to look inside my purse and when I ask why when I just went thru the metal detector the security guard was a jerk and instead of saying that is our policy he was rude and dismissed my concerns. This is a new casino with a temporary structure that has a nice, welcoming and clean atmosphere with several slot machines to choose from, and no smoke! No, it doesn't yet compare to Gold Country or Feather Falls, but I am told it will be expanded to a permanent building in the coming years with more amenities. The restaurant is very basic but has delicious food and is affordable with daily specials. I went two different times, played the same machine, and walked out with $600 the first time and $240 the next time - not tight machines at all! The workers I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful and the property around the casino is beautiful. I look forward to seeing this casino's growth! read more

Looked like a circus tent from afar, a work in progress I'm sure on its early stages of expanding. Staff was very polite, and it almost appeared surreal outside and specially inside. Turns out that securing a player's card has definite advantages. $20 play money which as chance may have it can increase dramatically, kind of like Beginners Luck, new casinos sometimes deliver. Another plus is the Cafe. Some very attractive food offers with additional discount with a player card. How does Burger, Fries and a Soda for $5 sound? Sounded pretty darn good to us and tasted even better. Hunger at those prices don't stand a chance. Slot and more Slot machines is what is all about. Worth a visit since is not very far for those nearby. That did not make a lot of sense, by nearby is meant neighboring cities. Tried the pizza as well, with an additional discount, kind of like personal size and the jury still out on the rating, but nothing that could not be handled with a refill on the drink and under $7 tag price. Bathrooms nice and clean, keeping a tight ship so far. Go ahead take a peak, double on the $5 special, fries were specially good that time and a generous service to boot. We started going out here when it first opened and everyone that worked there was so nice. Plus, they have a good amount of free play which you didn't always win much on but it got you in the door. We got 10$ each in May so we chose to wait to go again. We went yesterday and still 10$ plus, my players card wasn't working which happened to me every time we went in the past. That never happens to me at any other casino. Not only did I stand in line behind one lady but they had four people in the cage and it took a while for them to help me and then I got a lecture on how I should be storing my players card. This lady was NOT friendly. I'm guessing the niceness was all fake to get people in. We won't be returning. read more

Sad it's closing..had some fun times there. I knew something was wrong when alot of the slot machines were turned off a few months ago..Food was pretty good. love their 5$ cheeseburger meal..lots of free play and give aways, still fun machines that pay out and a beautiful smoke free tent Wish it could of worked for them. read more

Arrived on a Friday night. Seemed small and not too crowded. Staff was very friendly. Good variety of music playing. Casino is overall clean. So nice to have a completely smoke free environment!! Bathrooms were clean. We stayed for a couple of hours and had a fun time. Would definitely go back! read more

Horrible management Their New Years event was a horrible experience. They only have 2 kiosks machines to serve their customers that offer free play and a free burger.people pretty angry to stand in line(100) people in line .,for hour or longer to be told by kitchen it will be at least a hour before they will get their food . Over half of their slots have been down for over 1 month . Cashier customer service was very very rude ... obviously they are not managing their employees or training them properly. One bartender to serve on a packed house .. slots have horrible playback... sound system horrible.. headache from giddy gal on .. unreal and sad Was really hoping that the tribe would be a huge success, as it has taken them many years dealing with red tape to finally be able to open a casino. It's a shame but if they don't make some big big management changes I don't see them operating long . I was so excited to have a casino close to Chico . However, I will definitely drive the extra 13 minutes to Rolling Hills for better service better food and mostly better playback. read more

Can't imagine why anyone in the Tribe would allow their name to be attached to this pile of shXXt. Nothing but slots and SUPER tight on returns. Bars are 25 to 30 percent higher than local. Restaurants are McDonald's quality but charge SUPER HIGH prices. Staff searches anyone coming in and won't allow a pocket knife to come in. Hard to access, low quality or NO entertainment. Better to just go to Orville or Chico and stop at local bar\restaurant. Glad I stopped by but wasn't allowed in because of my Leatherman. Found out this is just a money pit to fleece us low income moderate gamblers. read more

Love this place as it is a NO SMOKING casino. Their $5 burger with fries is delish! I've had the steak dinner and that was delicious as well. They have a lot of newer selections of slot machines to choose from. I hope it stays non smoking. The staff are very friendly and courteous. read more

The positives are that the casino is extremely clean and I love the fact that it's non-smoking. The negatives are the slot payouts-they are horrible-my friends and I have gone numerous times and nobody wins. Even playing the games is a chore since they rarely give a win of any significance. Since their opening, I have gone out to Mechoopda Casino multiple times. Most of the time the staff are very friendly and helpful. Today I had an issue with my players card and waited to get help at the customer service desk to no avail. No one was behind the window to assist, nor came to assist. Although four staff members walked by, none of which asked if I need help. Then two of the four continued to decorate the customer service window without acknowledging me or that I was waiting for anyone to assist me. I would give 0 stars if yelped allowed. read more

No stars! Drove past 3 good casinos to go check this one out. When I entered, I was told that I had walked through a metal detector without my knowledge and triggered an alarm. I was then asked if I had a weapon or knife. I replied that I did have a small pocketknife in my pocket. I was asked to leave and return without the knife. I left never to return. I know I have had to give up rights to fly or walk into a federal building, but I will not give up my rights to walk into a plastic tent in the middle of a cow pasture in Oroville. read more
