Pros: it was easy to get an appointment and the place was quiet and clean. Cons: It was my first time at Med1 and I was scheduled with Alicia. When I arrived I was greeted by Alicia. She said she'd get the room ready and sanitize the chair "in a minute." I stood there for a solid 10 minutes while she texted on her phone. She took me back to the room and didn't sanitize anything. It took her forever to do anything because she was on her phone in between every small task. I told her I wanted Botox and not the other versions and she seemed very irritated. "They're the same thing!" No.... not exactly. I'll stick with what I know and like. I told her where I get injected and how many units in each place. She scoffed and didn't believe that I didn't get as many as she thought I needed. Clearly she was trying to upsell me and was very irritated I didn't need the extra units. She kept saying the amount I was getting "wouldn't do ANYTHING!!!" ....I've gotten the same amount for over 4 years. It 100% does a lot and I like my results. Why are you trying to tell me differently and get agitated that I know what I want? I should've known at this point that I maybe was in the wrong place. We finally got through the injections after multiple breaks so she could text. It seemed like I was in there for eternity and then it was time for cashing out. She had no clue how to use the computer system, how to chart my units, how to calculate the cost. I was getting irrationally angry. I probably wouldn't go back just based on this experience, but most of these reviews say Dr. T is great; so in a pinch I might only go back to see her. read more

I love Dr. O'Neill she did a full consult, got to understand my concerns with my chronic sensitive skin. I had a line in my "11" area that was bothering me which I was super scared to get filler and botox due to my reactions to the slightest thing. However she gave me a great milk cleaner and face lotion that has helped calm my face down. I have included my three week out before and after shot. Straight hair is pre Botox and filler curled hair is after. I'm happy with my results they are perfect. read more

It's officially been two weeks since I received lip filler for the first time ever - I was so incredibly nervous, but through the door I felt so welcome. The girl at the counter was so kind and attentive, explaining to me what would happen during the appointment and made sure I was comfortable, and Nurse Peggy was so incredible. She took some time to introduce herself and tell me a little bit about her background while my lips got numb, and we took some time to talk about the shape I wanted, and I felt so safe and at ease. I'm sure everyone is different with their recovery processes, but I had very little bruising and minor swelling, but they made sure to tell me those kinds of things are normal and to reach out if I'm not sure about anything. Now that I'm 2 weeks out, my lips have settled and they're so beautiful and natural looking. I will certainly be coming back in the future with any other aesthetic needs! read more

People can forget what you did but will always remember how you made them feel. So far my experience has been horrible. I'm so sad because I had such hope. Wouldn't honor my groupon. Supposed to contact me. No bueno! 2 days later, still waiting. Said he would call me on the 1st. Really sad. I lost $$ I didn't really have because they wouldn't honor the groupon even though THEY BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE. I got there and she said no way!! Talked to Mike. I pre-paid for one of their deals and when I got there at noon- per my appointment scheduled, I was shown to a room and given the lip numbing cream and told to wait 10 minutes before the doctor would see me. 40 minutes later the doctor came in and explained that that the patient before me wanted more things done and that each of her patience was important - apparently except for me. She injected lip filler on my upper lip And then for some reason did not do the lower lip. So now I look very strange. I'm not happy at all and so I'm going to go to the Center fro Plastic Surgery- That I trust and I've gone to it before but went to Med ! Aesthetics because they were having a sale, and have The Center for Plastic Surgery correct her work with fillers. Apparently $650 gets you one lip filled. Also, when I called to make an appointment after I pre-paid online per their sale suggestion, they said that Juvederm Filler was the one that I had been interested in for $550 but that if I wanted that they'd have to send out for it because they didn't have it in stock - so I should go with the more expensive $650- which for some reason I did - not smart on my part. I feel like I got conned and I will never go there again. read more

I came in for a consultation a while ago. I didn't get a very good vibe when I got it, the receptionist barely greeted me. I felt like I was ignored the whole time. Then I went in with the doctor for one of the room. She introduced herself but didn't ask for mh name. She then asked why I came in. I answered that it was for a consultation and was interested in microneedling. She barely examined my skin and agreed to do a microneedling treatment without really consideration if my skin was appropriate. I felt like this facility was more out to get my money. I have had numerous visits and consultations, and have found Dr. Nicole to be consistently talented, passionate about what she does, caring, and very kind. I've had the Plasma pen procedure, hydrofacials, some Botox, and other little self care things here and there. I like the atmosphere, the staff seem really nice and sweet, and I really like the location and ease of parking. My skin absolutely looks better, and I've loved some of the products she's recommended. My favorite was the eye lash serum, which you can pick up over the counter. That stuff REALLY works. All in all, I've had a really nice experience each time, and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Nicole to anyone. read more
