The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I have eczema that is itchy to the point that it is keeping me up at night. Ten days after my appointment and I still have no solution or prescription. Quality patient care does not seem to be a priority at this office. Very frustrated and no one at this office seemed to genuinely care.
