Had Mohs surgery there. The plastic surgeon who was supposed to close up the wound was t available so the doctor who did the Mohs closed it and it was a disaster. Opened back up, dissolvable sutures should not have been used on this highly mobile body part. They also gave me a terrible rash. Stick with UM for dermatology care. read more

This place is good for those who are looking for anti aging treatments, fillers and the like but for legitimate skin concerns go elsewhere. Dr Khouri was in a hurry despite my arriving timely and there being very few people that morning. She barely looked at my concern areas and was dismissive with barely a glance. I had from my own PCP to get a full body scan for sun related concerns, but she barely looked at arm in one second and said I don't see anything. She was more focused in trying to offer facials, anti aging skin treatments and selling her own brand of retinol. She only showed interest when I inquired about sunscreen and asked about the retinol she kept recommending--but frankly I was not interested in coming for beauty advice. Upon hearing that I was not interested in any beautifying treatments or procedures she seemed in a rush to be out of that room, as if it was a waste of her time. I had told at at the beginning this was why I came and she was about to rush off without addressing my reason for being there since I was not interested in any beauty procedures. I was there less than 5 minutes and was still had to pray a co-pay to be told that my actual skin condition is not something she wants to deal with. I had called beforehand and explained why I wanted to come get checked out and they were more than happy to make that appointment, only to have me drive an hour distance to be told she doesn't have this expertise. A waste of my time and money, as I drove a long way thinking this was an authentic dermatology center not a facial spa. read more

AVOID! RUDE STAFF AND YOU'LL WAIT ALL DAY. After waiting 40 minutes for an initial appointment and needing to reschedule because I had to go to work, I made an even earlier replacement appointment (10 minutes after they open). After waiting again for 20 minutes, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. When I said I need to cancel because I have to go to work, the person at the desk just shrugged and said "whatever." Beyond unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else. read more
