(Which I did not tell her on the call). I KNOW when someone cares or is hurrying one away and on to other things. I was impressed by Carmen's patience, ( which says a lot in a busy firm, her candor, willingness to help me and to explain and her services and their low fees. Wow... After consulting with other firms, Carmen was far and away the best for the money. I was also impressed by the knowledge of another CPA, who also took time to listen, but then asked $400 an hour for his 'listening services'. Carmen did not ask for a fee for our introductory call. Wow...again. Carmen, if this wasn't Minnesota (a joke, folks) I would hug you! Thank you. And my business partner, who is female, thanks you. We are truly impressed. Warmth, candor, honesty, competency. What more could one ask of a CPA Firm? When I joked, 'I should send you a Christmas Card, but I can't say that in MN', she said, 'please do. The process was painless. I recall sitting there before working with a knowledgeable woman to get my insurance plan drafted. I wasn't there long. She gave me a huge road atlas, which was my driving bible that guided me along my numerous road trips. I wore my atlas down so much that it looked beat up. I noticed recently that I still have a neon keychain from Bruce Fujan State Farm with a coiled end that acts as a wrist strap. It doesn't glow in the dark, but it's so bright that it should! I paid for insurance monthly. It came out of my chequing account each month and was perfect for my needs as a new resident of Rochester. I had my car for three years. Terminating my insurance plan was straightforward when my lease was nearly over. I called and had it all set up. It was nice to stop by last week and still see my former insurance company still there. I remember getting nice Christmas cards from this place each year, which was a nice gesture. Luckily, I never had to file an insurance claim during my entire lease. If you do need an insurance agent in Rochester, I'd recommend coming here. I had an excellent experience. (2)

They help with everything - from providing insurance while we rent cars on vacations to a claim that we recently made due to a water leak in our new home.
