I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop. But most people I know that are actively looking are not capable of going because they don't have any chair and/or are home bound.

I called (grumpy) and explained my situation at 8:54pm to the pharmacist on the phone, which was just 6 minutes before the pharmacy closes. He told me he would have to sort it out in the morning because they were closing up. 30 minutes later, at 9:25pm (or 25 minutes after their pharmacy area had closed) the pharmacist called me back! Not only has he figured out the billing mistake and the health insurance mixup and the issue with quantity, but he's ordered a refund and set aside the right amount needed to complete my prescription. They are ready and waiting for me. Staying late, dealing with my headache after hours... and then calling me, explaining what happened, and fixing the problem to make right a wrong... that's REAL customer service! Thank you!

He walked me back over to self checkout and got another staff member, who at first tried to make me pay again for the items I had already purchased. When I told him that, he went through the machine history and reprinted it. Meanwhile the security guard told me "be patient princess", which I found incredibly condescending. I finally contacted my insurance company, who did cover the repairs minus my deductible. They also tried contacting VNA Care, even sent a registered letter but got no response. The professionals who came were pleasant but didn't really do much besides vitals and were quick to discharge. What kind of business doesn't stand up to responsibility? Definitely would not recommend them! I am out a significant amount of money because they won't respond and cover my deductible.
