I do know that they have opened a new place in Bangor called provisions, but it saddens me that I no longer have any interest in going there to their shop. The sign always says open in Bangor Michigan but when you go up to the door, it's always a locked and I use the main entrance. or they're always low on good supplies. Ten bux to use the debit card is steep, so go with cash in hand. They also have an ATM available. The appointment policy is a perk as well. Call and arrange your own personal time with little wait. Obviously, I love Pure West, as evidenced by this stellar review. However, about a year ago I couldn't give a review this positive. Changing management and it's overall business model has turned this place around. If I could change one thing it would be the pricing structure for flower. I called Watervliet twice to ask about them with no response, but the rude manager got upset because I called again. Sad to say, I called DOJA in Portage twice, and both times they were able to fix my points rewards number and even retrieve all the points I had ever received--all within two hours. What took Watervliet DOJA six weeks to scramble and figure out, Portage had done in no time. To me, it seems like the manager needs some re-managing. Cussing on the phone to another employee, getting mad like a kid, slamming the phone, and saying, "If this guy threatens me one more time"--don't let your throat veins burst, buddy.
