I will say, it is extremely "salty." I could taste the salt, feel the salt on my skin, and when I looked in the mirror later, saw that I even had some salt build up in my nose! And note, it will get on your clothes! None of that was a dealbreaker, though, just some things to be aware of. There are plans to expand into massage and also some floating therapy! The space was clean and relaxing with essential oils and other goodies available for purchase. I have done two 45 minute sessions in the cave. You can chose from a selection of zero gravity chairs and given a blanket. There's salt at your feet, walls and ceiling.
