The hard part was scheduling using there chatbot messaging system when you call and the limitation was you can only schedule same day and not ahead of time. We did get an appointment later in the day and was very happy with the massage provided. The techniques described by the other reviewers is correct and I was surprised that I had areas that I did not know were issues! For those that used the massage place at Southpoint Mall, The Ruby Spa is similar! Both of us felt the massages provided by The Ruby Spa is one of the best in the area!

We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. She politely explained that she was not comfortable receiving a massage from an unfamiliar male therapist and asked whether there was any alternative. The manager was extremely dismissive and rude and made essentially no effort to find a reasonable solution. What bothered us most was not simply the ClassPass policy--it was the way my wife was treated when she expressed a very personal and reasonable boundary. Instead of showing understanding, the manager repeatedly blamed ClassPass and made her feel like she was the problem. For a business offering such a personal service, professionalism, empathy, and respect for a client's comfort should be basic expectations. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this place.
