Sarah took a very thorough history, checked my leg lengths and made a careful list of all of my complaints: back, knee and foot. She then put together a treatment plan, and we got to work. She could see how my leg length discrepancy could be contributing to the problem and included that in the treatment plan. Today I had my second session with Sarah, and between the body work and the stretches she taught me, I ACTUALLY GOT SIGNIFICANT RELIEF!!! My pain is 80% + better, and I can stand and bend and sit with much greater comfort.
