Read the reviews before using MSI. They did a "bait and switch on me". I order 1 mask, they sent and BILLED me for 3 masks. When I called to see about returning the 2 masks I didn't order, they said I did because the note said VERIFIED so I had to pay to ship them back. I told the agent that I didn't agree to 3 masks, only 1 masks she told me since the note said VERIFIED, I had to pay to ship them back no matter what. So essentially, the person who took the order lied about it being verified and they can ship you whatever they want and its up to you to either pay for the extra stuff or pay to fix THEIR mistake. Needless to say they lost a customer and when I order a new CPAP machine in December it WON'T be with them. read more

Worse customer service ever! Everyone has to take lunch at same time. One employee shows up at 12:58 and locks door not letting you at least have a seat, which I requested. People that have breathing problems or handicapped needs to sit, not be made to walk back to your car! Which door was not unlocked at 1pm! All I needed was for her to make a copy of new insurance cards. Hire people that appreciates their job and cares about customers! read more

I have been dealing with Med-South in Northport for less than 2 months but I truly have been dealing with one of the most caring young ladies there I have ever met in my almost 70 years. Her name is Stephanie Price. On a trip from Prattville to take my mother to a doctors appointment and after her doctor gave his approval for mother to apply to Medicare for a power wheel-chair to allow mother to hopefully continue to reside in an assisted living facility in Northport, I stopped by Med-South in Northport with mother in the vehicle wanting to get back to the assisted living facility ASAP (she's 88 and gets tired very quickly), I ran into Med-South. I was under the impression I would be picking up paperwork to deliver to the doctor but to my surprise Stephanie only had me to complete a short basic form and she took it from there not only with more than timely faxing forms that needed to be completed by mother's doctor but even at one point having someone drive over to the doctor's office and wait on the doctor's signature on the one last form. Prior to my next visit to visit mother in the assisted living facility, Stephanie called with GREAT news. Mother had been approved for the power wheel-chair and Med-South had the new chair there on my December 1 visit. Fast forward to Monday December 10 and I receive a frantic telephone call from mother. Her physical therapist wanted the hand control moved from the right chair arm to the left chair arm. Yep, you are right...I made another telephone call to Stephanie explaining the situation and she said no problem someone would come and do this change and there would be no charge for this. Every time I would try to offer my heart-felt appreciation Stephanie would say "I'm only doing my job". No Stephanie you are not just doing your job, you are giving mother and my family hopefully years more with her. Thanks again Stephanie for your dedication and work ethic!! The absolute WORST "customer service" I have EVER seen!! They were quick to deliver the first order... hospital bed & mattress, bedside commode, walker, wheelchair, humidified air machine, suction machine and WAY more supplies than we needed... of couse, BIG BUCKS! But when the flimsy bottle on the humidified air machine broke & I called for replacement they told me they wouldn't waste the money just to mail that. I contacted our blue cross liason who called them directly... in a few days a huge box showed up with 4 replacement bottles along with a ton of stuff we didn't need or ask for. (Cheating insurance company). A couple of months later we needed trach cleaning kits, again... same process of having to call insurance liaison because not only would they just not ship those but they were just plain RUDE about if. Stephanie, the office manager called me (after BC rep called her) and was all nice, gave me her personal cell number so I could call or text any time we needed something... long story short... we have been NEEDING trach cleaning trays for three weeks and she has either lied saying she was sending them that day, or they were already on the way giving us bogus tracking numbers, or... just not returning calls at all... to us OR the insurance compay!! Also, it was our understanding at first that all of the big items were a rent to own kind of thing... she just told us last week (6 months in) that they were not. BUT... we contacted another company to see if we could get established with them and they told us she had lied & they were indeed on a 10 month rent to own policy. So... I guess when we got done with each item at some point, she was going to take them back even though they were rightfully ours...and do what with them? Clean them up and pass them off as new? Does she have a little side business of her own selling the stuff that her company doesn't know about? Wouldn't surprise me as easily as she can lie to sick people who she is paid to supply the things they need to STAY HEALTHY AND ALIVE!! These people need to be fired, starting with Stephanie the office manager and if their employers encourage this behavior the whole place needs to be shut down. When you have a loved one who is sick enough to require all of these supplies, the LAST thing you need is someone giving you the run around for no reason!!! read more

If I could leave a negative review I would. Their negligence got me the wrong size CPAP mask. They have failed to return my calls, i guess they expect their negligence will cause my loss of sleep for 3 months. They ordered a mask, I called 2 days later, and 5 days before it was to be in store, telling them I need to change. They said no problem. When they called saying it was there, my wife asked if it was the correct one, she told her yes. I picked it up and after getting home, saw it was the wrong one. Called and they said they would order it and to come the next Wednesday to pick it up. I went on Thursday, they couldn't find the one they had bagged for me. Tried on a large, instead of the medium they ordered. It fit ok in the office. But they were having to order more cushions. After trying to sleep and not getting to for 2 nights, I called back. Now the CPAP fitter, Rose, has not returned my call. I called again and another person relayed the message that they couldn't change it. I called and left another message for Rose, still hasn't called back. I guess they think I should have to pay for their negligence . My next call is to my insurance company to explain to them that they messed up my orders 2 X. Maybe they will stop payment. Unless this is made right, i will never step foot back into that business and will let everyone know my experience. read more
