When I called to see about returning the 2 masks I didn't order, they said I did because the note said VERIFIED so I had to pay to ship them back. I told the agent that I didn't agree to 3 masks, only 1 masks she told me since the note said VERIFIED, I had to pay to ship them back no matter what. So essentially, the person who took the order lied about it being verified and they can ship you whatever they want and its up to you to either pay for the extra stuff or pay to fix THEIR mistake. Needless to say they lost a customer and when I order a new CPAP machine in December it WON'T be with them.

Now all of a sudden they have closed down, don't answer their phone, you can't get in touch with anyone and there's no information online about the business being closed. After much distress, someone went down to check on the company for me and someone called me back. Left a message and left the same phone number that I can't leave any messages at. I was instructed that the best thing to do was to get online and watch a YouTube or something. I don't know what's going on, but someone needs to investigate the situation. However, I need real support and I have no outlet to do that. I'm wondering what all the other people who don't have info are doing. Especially if it's oxygen.
