I injured my ankle falling off a bicycle, I put up with the pain as best I could, but after 25 days and still pain and having trouble walking I did some research with podiatrist and private practices. This urgent care was close to me and decided to contact them. I called and Ashley at the front desk gave me all the Info I needed, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my choice. I didn't make an appointment and decided to walk in for an exam and X-ray. NP Mark Cha was such a delight and took such great care of me, I got the best care I've ever received. I was in and out in less than an hour. They knew I was paying out of pocket and made this experience as easy and affordable as possible. Total with visit, X-ray, and medication I paid under 250. That's less than one month payment for good insurance at my job. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back whenever I need medical care. I honestly regret not coming here sooner. When I walked in the staff was attentive and professional. I completed some paper work and barely waited 10 mins before I was called in for a revision. So far so good. I was given a covid test which I later got a bill for $100! And a strep throat test. Once I saw the nurse I explained my symptoms to her. I was told I had severe inflammation but did not know if it was due to a virus or allergies. I was given the option to take a steroid or to wait it out for a few more days and try OTC Flonase. I didn't feel comfortable taking a steroid without a verdict so I went with the alternative. A few week weeks later I get a text for a $252 bill! Not even a bill in the MAIL! So I had no news till now about a bill! I Kept getting multiple texts/calls in one day. By the way I NEVER received my COVID results! The quality of care and lack of transparency for the cost is the reason I will Never go back. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST if you don't want to pay $100+. GET ONE for $25 at the pharmacy. Go somewhere else for better care!

I set up a employer drug screening test. There are multiple options but the main option that I needed was employer drug screening and then urine. I was given a choice of times and I chose 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:59 however a another lady was signing in. Turns out her appointment was at 3:10, mine was at 3:00. Brian came out and called her name before me. WHY WOULD HE NOT check and see I had a scheduled appointment before her? When the young lady came out to get me and brought me into the room about 1-2mins later, she then told me we can't do your drug screen you have to do it before 3:00. I told her that I went through the company's proper channels and scheduled the appointment online and was given a 3:00 p.m. appointment for the drug screening. She then went online herself and filled out everything as a John Doe to try and tell me I was lying basically HOWEVER she found out I was telling the truth and did go through employer drug screening then to the urine tab. She then rudely said she's not going to do the test and asked BRIAN to do it. If she is going to ask Brian to do it, that right there shows her apathy, lack of professionalism, and inability to give proper customer service. She should be fired and Brian also because their joking back and forth on who would do my test jeopardizes my job and also the other people that I need to take care of. I asked her one more time if she was going to do the test and she replied "I was joking with you, NO" and was just rude, really rude. This is the 2nd time I have attempted to get a drug screening thru QUEST diagnostics. The first time I was a walk-in and stood sat in the lobby for 35 minutes and then the lady came out and said we're not taking any more walk-ins. Now I schedule the time and now they can't do the drug screening. Why would the system or quest even allow me to schedule the drug screening and give me an appointment at 3:00 if they do not do drug screens after 3:00??? If you have a chance to go to any other company you are an employer to send your people to any other company please find an alternate company to send your clients or employees. And do not send them to bedford's ghetto facility.
