They never even examined her. Her Name is Natalie Sanfratello, she originally came in the room and referred to herself as a doctor, then started talking about herpes, and started babbling about the guardianship issue. The two ladies sitting at the front desk greeted as soon as we walk through the door with smiles. They were eager to help my mother and made her feel at ease when she explained to them that she was in pain. We didn't have to wait long for my mother's appointment and once she went back for her MRI, I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, watch The Morning News, and get a little bit of work done while I waited. I hope my mother never has to have another MRI, but if she does, this is where I would take her.
