Literally sitting for 25 min and they haven't called one…read morepatient in yet. 1135 someone comes out and says rudely "is everyone checked in because there's more bodies then check-ins." Yes I'm with a child, another person with an elderly person. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. Kind of like they don't even wanna do their job, maybe switch your job if you hate it so much. The lady and her coworker were also very unprofessional in the way they were speaking passive-aggressively to other patient. I felt bad he had to endure that. Lastly, she kept the place filthy and hazardous - she didn't bother picking up any bandaid wrappers, they were littered all over the floor, so much so that someone could slip on them. Dr. Low is an interventional cardiologist who has no bed-side manners or empathy and only focussed on doing procedures to generate revenue even though she doesn't have the requisite skills to explain to patients and their care takers or the skill to handle complicated procedures. The staff were so personable and made us feel so welcome! The doctor listed to all of our concerns without rushing us.
