Both my children see the speech pathologists for…read moreservices, and all the pathologists that we have encountered have offered helpful feedback for both children that we as parents can incorporate at home to help support our children's progress and learning goals. When my children arrive at the office, they are happy to come in and see their speech pathologists. My son even gives his pathologist a hug every time he sees her. That speaks loads to their interpersonal skills and ability to make each visit fun and educational at the same time. My children look forward to going to their visits. The office as a whole has been incredibly parent friendly as well in working with our schedules, as needed. My job's health coverage and carriers changed three different times while we were attending the office visits, and Brenda, the office manager and billing specialist, was very resourceful and helpful in working with my various insurance requirements and helping us apply for approval with each new insurance company. We could not be happier with our experiences with this office and everyone there. I can see real improvement in both my children's communication skills. My only regret is that we didn't meet this office sooner! I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

i have used CareLink Nursing twice for short term in-home care following surgery. The nurses and…read moretherapists have been excellent both times - caring knowledgeable, helpful. But I unfortunately cannot say the same for their administrative and billing. Disorganized and sloppy, and worst of all, cost me money. I would advise everyone to keep their own records of all visits and conversations and discharge dates. Much better than spending hours on the phone afterwards, trying to sort things out with your insurance company.

They actually acknowledged that I had the sunglasses with me when arriving there; the thieves are the staff. They know they have that problem, but they don't do anything to fixed. I already filed a complaint with the Ohio Drug Board. Don't go there!!!

He was hype manic, still in withdraw. He came home in psychosis thinking the CIA had our home and us spying on him. He assaulted both me and his brother, and we were forced to call the cops and arrested for disorderly conduct. He was in jail overnight and released only to get pink slipped at an airport after we drove him there to take a flight to another rehab facility. Also, while he was at Midwest I later found out that people in their housing were sneaking out to do who knows what. My son was also taken to a local hospital DURING his Midwest stay twice where he left AMA and was found walking along a freeway in another state with no shoes. DO NOT take your love one here if they have more going on than addiction. These people have no clue how to treat serious mental illness.

I looked at other PT programs in Florida but the second I got to MPTAC I could see this was the place for me. I was in big pain using a walker and really needed pain relief and to find a way to get back on my feet again and back to ballroom dancing. Michelle is the gal at the pool and was so great. She got me on the right track and started to give me hope and I was thrilled to get her help. Soon I was working with this wonderful gal....Amy. Wow....she is a super brilliant and talented gal that got me on track to getting well. You will be amazed at Amys great leadership and kindness...big smile and always there for me. She is remarkable! I go on M W Fridays and Monica works with Amy and guides me through the exercises and she is AMAZING. She cares and is so smart...wow. You will love her. Jim, Terry, Julie, the receptionists and other therapists are so terrific that I am absolutely amazed at the fine work they do. I see other patients each MWF and they are all happy and getting better and better. I live in Florida most of the time and my son came to get me to have my Physical Therapy here as he knew they were the best. Thanks to the entire staff and my son for getting Dad back to good health and walking again minus all that pain. I am so happy to be back to walking and enjoying life again after some serious pain and back problems that suddenly showed up in my life. My mom went there for various injuries too. We all love the people at Maumee PT. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The therapy pool is the best in town. I have referred multiple people to this clinic and everyone thanks me because they are so happy with the care they receive.
