I never have to worry about shaving and "my guy" loves that I am always smooth and glowing. I thought I'd be very uncomfortable with someone "down there" but it was totally fine, this is coming from a woman that dreads even my female gynecologist. I am olive skinned and have to use the stronger laser but numbing creme takes care of that issue.. Make sure you plan the time to use it. COOL SCULP was my next journey.... I am what you call a skinny fat gal. I have always been thin and tone by just being active. As I went through menopause my stomach and flanks exploded with stubborn fat. I can't afford to loose fat and had no time to exercise enough to tone these areas... Friends / family said working out had never rid them of fat in these menopausal areas anyway. However, another problem that arose after my massage was in the locker room. They have a little container there for cold towels I guess and before and after massage there was none so I just dismissed that. But, the steam room was not operating and I couldn't get it operating and when I mentioned to the front desk folks they didn't seem to care. Please acquaint yourself with the facial diagram before this company ends up with a lawsuit. This company is in total denial. The owners have chosen to have a stand-off with their customers rather than rectify the problems. These negative reviews and unsolved issues will only lead to more stringent regulations of med spas. The way the plastic surgeon was trying to do more work than he needed to was frustrating, he was trying to do additional work (related to the piercing itself) and his response was to avoid complications in the future when this piercing has never caused me any complications. it's hard to fully explain without giving all the information, the just is he was trying to do more work than he had to. That wasn't even the most concerning part... When he walked in the door (touching the handle) he closed the door, set down his clipboard and headed towards me and put his hands on/in my mouth.. He had no gloves on, didn't put sanatizer after opening door.. nothing and just put his hands right in my mouth. I was too in shock to say anything. Needless to say I'll be going to the dermatologist.
