BEWARE.... These services are addicting!! I started with Laser Hair Removal for underarms, then my legs and then the Brazilian... AWESOME!! I never have to worry about shaving and "my guy" loves that I am always smooth and glowing. I thought I'd be very uncomfortable with someone "down there" but it was totally fine, this is coming from a woman that dreads even my female gynecologist. I am olive skinned and have to use the stronger laser but numbing creme takes care of that issue.. Make sure you plan the time to use it. COOL SCULP was my next journey.... I am what you call a skinny fat gal. I have always been thin and tone by just being active. As I went through menopause my stomach and flanks exploded with stubborn fat. I can't afford to loose fat and had no time to exercise enough to tone these areas... Friends / family said working out had never rid them of fat in these menopausal areas anyway. Well the COOL SCULPT on the lower stomach was amazing, so much so that I had to do the upper area because I had not realized how much hidden fat was up there. I then did the flank area to get back a bit of my curve back there. The first recovery required Tylenol for a few days as I was not use to even feeling "workout soreness". The 2nd procedures were a breeze. Now, Dr. Shelton and her fillers..... I have always been "all natural" and ONLY wanted filler to bring me back a few years from lose of volume. She talked me through it and started slowly, standing back and giving me a mirror before adding more. Well, to my amazement it took 10 yrs. off my tired face. I live in the Atlanta area and could have dozens of 5 star doctors, but when visiting family on the west coast, I drive 3 1/2 hrs. for her. She is an artist and perfectionist. I trust no one else. They were contracted to perform laser hair removal services. Now they are refusing to schedule the appointments on time because of their lack of staff. They keep taking new clients, even the day they were telling us they had no appointments, they were still settinging up new people. On my first call I was told that someone would contact me within 2 to 3 days to schedule this. In five days I had not gotten a response so I called them. I was immediately met with condescending animosity by a woman who identified herself as "the manager" but would not tell me her name. I have asked them to get me in contact with somebody higher in the company and she refuses. Trying to contact the owner now. Will contact Better Business Bureau if owner does not have an appropriate response. read more

Rude front office staff. Trying to schedule appointments after the first session for laser hair removal has been a joke. I'm not sure how I was able to get my first sessions done so easily and now I can't get anything booked appropriately. Trying to stay on the recommended schedule seems impossible and all the interactions I've had with schedulers has been so far below my expectations for the amount of money paid for services. The girls I've had for laser treatments have been wonderful, but trying to make the appointments is a headache. Wouldn't recommend for scheduling purposes alone. read more

I am not new to laser hair removal, I had 12 sessions about 6 -7 years ago before moving to Satellite beach from Miami FL. I was previously told, depending on physiology and hormones, hair regrow th is very normal. So I have a realistic expectations of treatment. I decided to pop into Ideal image for face (lip chin and cheeks) and armpit laser hair removal consult. Immediately upon sitting for my consultation I informed the RN of my previous experience with laser. Without inspecting my face or armpits she concluded that I should have my hormones checked for PCOS. I told her I am 44 years old, I have had multiple successful pregnancies and I get yearly exams with blood work, I know it is not PCOS. My hair regrowth is minimal at best. She then proceeded to look at my face and wrote me a quote. The total of this quote exceeded the amount I paid 6 years ago, in miami, to laser my ENTIRE body. I jokingly told the RN that I was shocked by the pricing of over 3500.00 for these small areas. I told her I would have to think about it because that is a considerable investment. She then proceeded to tell me that "maybe I should consider going back to miami for treatments since it was so cheap." At the moment I was in a hurry, I politely said thank you for your time and left. But in retrospect this consultation extremely unprofessional.... You do not diagnose someone with a medical condition within 5 minutes of meeting them.......AND you certainly do tell a prospective clients that if they do not like the pricing they should go back to where they came from . This place is the biggest scam, my mom came for broadband light therapy for 4/5 sessions and the dark spots on her skin is still very much visible. Nothing seems to improve, it's like throwing $300 down the drain every session. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options for laser hair removal in the Space Coast area. I moved here from a much larger area with many options. I did attempt to use Ideal Image. I was given an iPad to fill out information and skipped over the many questions I found way too personal. I wanted hair removal, not open heart surgery, yet they basically wanted my entire health history, much of which has nothing to do with skin or hair removal. The cherry on top was listening to the 2 girls at the front desk gossiping and trash talking their fellow co workers. I ended up walking out when one of the gossipers insisted my DOB was one of the most important pieces of information they needed. Again, this is just hair removal and I have had my identity stolen before so I don't find it necessary to give a timeline from birth until today. read more

Def would NOT recommend this place ! I consulted regarding fillers and botox; never had anything like this done. My concern areas were the above the lips and sides of mount/cheeks, and crows feet around the eyes. I was sold approximately $2,100 worth of fillers and dysport - was supposed to be Restylane Contour and Restylane, for the lips, mouth and cheek areas, and Dysport for the crows fees. $2,100 later and not a person I know can see any difference in my appearance other than a SLIGHT difference in my lips which are CROOKED! I expressed my dissatisfaction to the one performing the services and she advised that nothing is going to "take away" the issues I consulted about other than a facelift. For one, I have several friends that get these type of services done and they look awesome with noticeable results! Secondly, if these treatments don't provide extremely noticeable results making a difference in your appearance, then why did they sell me $2,100 worth of services leading me to believe I would look years younger??? Being single and living on a strict budget, I had to finance these services and am still having to pay on them and I don't look a bit different than I did walking in a couple months ago! If I was mislead and lost a couple hundred bucks, I wouldn't be so upset. Being sold $2,100 worth of services that apparently DON'T give you the results you were mislead to believe you would get is 100% rip off! In intend to look into this matter further - I financed the services through their 3rd party lending company or otherwise I'd stop payments for sure! What they don't warn you about is that when they do turn up the laser you get really ugly burns and when you call to find out why theirs happened all they do is apologize and say keep it moisturized and it will heal in a couple of weeks. How about not burning my skin! read more

It took me awhile to actually go ahead and move forward with the sessions because I had bad luck with another company. I went in and spoke with Debbie and she made everything simple and easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable! She was able to tell me that some laser might hurt some might not, depending on the person. She was right in every way ! I finally decided to do my treatments to show off the new and confident me on my wedding day 2 years ago. This was the best decision I have ever made because I don't have to carry a razor around in my purse anymore. Now I'm looking forward to get some more areas taken care of. I am very unhappy with the management and customer service at this franchise. I purchased 9 laser hair removal treatments knowing I could only complete 4 of them at this location. Management *assured* me there were offices in the city I was moving to and completing the other 5 treatments would be no problem. Fast forward to my fourth appointment when it's time to transfer offices and what do you know - all THREE offices are closed in the city I'm moving to. How is that possible?? When I signed my contract they promised me these offices were open but now claim their system wasn't up to date. Okay... I understand things happen. But now what? I've been fighting for a refund for 2 months and the best they've offered me is $700 when they owe me $2,200!!! Who runs a business like this? When I email them they take a week to respond and never offer a reasonable solution. I would not trust this location with your money. Dr. Shelton is a fabulous injector! She's extremely kind and very gentle and really doesn't amazing job. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted and didn't go crazy on me, like some other places...I couldn't be happier. I had laser hair removal here more than five years ago and still have no hair growth. I think the cool sculpting was totally worth it as well. It absolutely does work. I think if you use it for what it was intended for, a way to get rid of stubborn areas of fat despite being at a healthy weight, and not as a way to lose weight... then it's a great solution.
