I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. After being…read morereleased from the hospital today, she needed assistance getting into her home due to mobility challenges following a recent surgery. Your team met her at her house and helped her safely navigate the stairs using a chair lift. She could not be happier with the kind, professional, and caring team that helped her. There were two gentlemen assisting her--one was named Cameron and one named William. Both were absolutely fantastic. They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved. Their compassion and attention to detail made a stressful day so much easier for her. She said if she could give 10 stars, she would! She also wanted to mention that she would absolutely recommend your company to anyone in need of transportation or mobility assistance. She specifically asked me to leave a 5-star review because she doesn't use social media very much herself. Please make sure these two gentlemen receive the recognition they deserve, along with a huge thank you from our family. They made a tremendous impact on my mom during a difficult time, and their kindness was also a great help to my aunt and dad. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service. We are truly grateful. One more thing to note, my aunt did not want me to forget about Serene (possibly the dispatcher or whoever answers the phones) she said she was extremely patient with her, kind , very helpful and just overall made her experience in getting the transportation for my mom that much better . Thank you Serene :)

I needed my mother transported back to her home. The 2 gentlemen were professional, efficient, compassionate and timely. I will refer Valiant to my family and friends.

Two of the owners have very high expectations and can be quite harsh, often yelling at employees. The other two owners are much kinder and more supportive. If you don't have a strong mindset, this job is not for you. You're likely to be yelled at frequently, even for things that aren't your fault. Management tends to place the blame on employees rather than owning up to mistakes. They claim to treat everyone like family, but being mistreated is hardly a family atmosphere. The phrase is often used by those who mistreat others. Pros: Great coworkers, Molly the Medic Dog, good salary and benefits, management does reward staff. Cons: Two of the owners can be difficult, yelling and unprofessional behavior, being mistreated, lack of accountability from owners, and a general feeling of being used as a punching bag. If you don't have a tough skin, I would recommend looking elsewhere

(Bowel obstruction) The two paramedics came in and took my blood pressure, blood sugar asked me very few questions. I told them I was in excruciating pain, up all night and couldn't stop vomiting. I was still stretching at this point. Apparently they didn't think I needed an ALS ambulance which then means no IV, no pain medication or no anti-emetic until I reach the hospital! So the nurses in the emergency room would have to do all this. Meanwhile, I would have to wait for help! Thank goodness for the emergency room nurse who took one look at me and called their supervisor at medic and asked them why they did not treat me in the correct manner and now I would have to wait even longer for my care! As she was talking to them, another nurse put an IV in me as quick as she could and got me the anti-emetic/pain, relief! The EMTs, who took me to the hospital were great, but they was nothing they could do for me, but give me a ride!!! I am a Nurse myself and I tried to convey to the paramedics that I needed help but they weren't listening. They didn't seem to care, so thanks for the ride and No help! Assessing a patient is so important and listening to them is even more important!!!! medic you have a lot to learn And it's scary! This was the Santa Rosa Medic ambulance!!!
