I was worried I wouldn't find parking because I saw it's in a small plaza but they have two reserved parking spots. When I came, that's where I parked and went inside. They were still working on the order so we waited a little bit. They let us know that my wife insurance wanted a specific brand that they didn't have and also using her insurance will cost a lot in one of the testing strips. So Anthony was giving us recommendations on what we should do to save money. He provided amazing service and was also funny too after he found out my wife is a nurse so he was making jokes about testing things on me first.

My interaction today with the pharmacist was one of the most rude experiences I've faced in healthcare. She made it seem like it was an inconvenience to ask any questions, as they were going to close in the next hour (it was 1:07pm and she made it a point to mention that she didn't have time for me as they were closing for whatever unmentioned reason at 2pm). She was extremely rude to the other customers/patients, rude to me about asking insurance questions. I actually had to come back to which apparently was their actual closing (at 5:45pm, however they supposedly close at 6pm.) I could have been told to return prior to a certain time than to be denied twice in one day. Upon returning, she was still rude. This time I witnessed her talk down/command to an employee in front of the entire line. Additionally, I know I shouldn't be hearing any other patient's information/prescription instructions. There was no discretion upon her speaking to patients. I understand that bad days happen, we all have them...but this is absolutely not okay. Treat your employees and clients with dignity and respect. If you work with people, do well. If you work in healthcare, do better.

There was another gentleman that helped with the Walgreens app to get the photos uploaded. I had shopped the same prints around and were being charge 2x to 3x the regular price of Walgreens. Getting a coupon was just a plus. I am really happy with the results and with service I received. The staff was quick, courteous, they seem to know their customers by name. That's something I miss. I had to go back for refills, I experienced the same thing. They called me by my first name. On another occasion, they called to let me know how my medication was going, they saw that it was time to refill. As a disabled person, I was subjected to rude behavior, bordering on harassment, by a cashier who refused to answer my questions, said she had a mental illness, and told me to leave the store because I didn't treat her like a human being, which shocked me. I am always very polite and patient with people, especially in service settings. She also claimed her mental health issues came from working with people. While I sympathize with her situation, her conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable. CVS needs to address this issue and consider assigning her to a role that does not involve customer interaction to prevent further mistreatment.

Will never use this pharmacy again…read more I transferred a prescription yesterday morning and received an email confirmation from Walgreens Pharmacy stating that my order will be ready for pick up today at 10:00am, at this specific location. When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.
