I really was happy with the services. I needed poster size pictures and they were able to get them done in the spot. They usually have a few hours turn around time but the photo tech was REALLY helpful and got it done on the spot. He made sure we were happy with the results. There was another gentleman that helped with the Walgreens app to get the photos uploaded. I also loved that the day I needed the pictures printed they had a 60% off coupon so my portraits were more than half off. I had shopped the same prints around and were being charge 2x to 3x the regular price of Walgreens. Getting a coupon was just a plus. I am really happy with the results and with service I received. They have a shit photo center that only notifies you your photos are ready a week after they've been done. And by that time they deleted the digitals from their systems so I couldn't even get that. When attempting to speak with a pharmacist or technician to check the status on a refill that needs a prior authorization, it's super difficult to speak to a live person. They pick up the call, automatically put you on hold without asking you a question...then you're holding for another 15 minutes to get disconnected. Then you repeat it again. Needed passport pictures and a friend mentioned that Walgreens offers this service. The convenience of how close it is to where I live is the main reason I came here. They were understaffed and I had to wait a while to get my pictures taken, but the gentleman that took the picture was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal. The store itself is very clean and organized. The price for the pictures was a bit much in my opinion ($16) for 2 tiny pictures so definitely I definitely recommend browsing for other options if you're coming to Walgreens for passport photos. read more

The pharmacy waiting time is too long even with appointments. Pharmacy staffs were extremely reluctant to administer my polio shots without a valid reason and just because most people take the polio shot in childhood. I needed that polio shot for my CNA class. The BMO ATM inside Walgreen does not even have cash deposit option. What is the point of an ATM if there is no cash deposit option? This store needs better ATM and more efficient, more staff and less judgement at the pharmacy. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The main worker jared, has horrible customer service. I explain to him multiple times. This is our first time coming here the original place we always go to was out of stock of the medication and he didn't seem to comprehend that. He was looking for the medical record number when he didn't even ask for it and made me wait three extra hours for the medication then, made me wait till closing to actually get my medication. From his own words Don't switch your original pharmacy. it makes it longer for me. obviously he doesn't hear correctly Because I told him my original pharmacy was out of stock and the medication I needed. The woman working there today 3/16/21, who professed to be the manager was EXTREMELY condescending and unhelpful, refusing to even attempt to do her job, and showed absolutely ZERO respect for the health and safety of others by not wearing a mask whilst we are in the middle of a pandemic. I have many things to say about this Walgreens. First, it's mainly the pharmacy that is the crippling part of this place. The drive thru takes forever. You would think that you're at an IN N Out drive thru with how long they take for simple prescriptions. Why even open one up if you're going to take so long? Second, when I called for a prescription the day of my referral for the medication the pharmacist had let me know it would be ready in an hour. I confirmed the time and would pick it up. I gave them an extra 3 hours before arriving. When I arrived the attendant told me that it wasn't available. The order was placed for 1pm and would be open tomorrow. I informed her that this wasn't disclosed and they stated it would be available the day of. I just wanted her to apologize but instead she was short and rude, "Well that's what it is." So I cut the conversation short and called in. When I called I told them my concerns calmly and wanted to see what was wrong. All was said is, "Were you just in the drive thru?" And I can hear in the back the attendant who helped me say, "Ugh she was just in the drive thru and I told her ...." I confirmed I was that person. Finally, they gave me the same excuse but no apology. So I said, "Okay, what I'm understanding is your pharmacist just had a miscommunication with me. Thanks for your help, have a good day." I'm back the next day at the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes. I rang the call 2x for the attendant until finally they arrived. They also disclosed my personal health information through an intercom. She gave me hurried directions and at the end cut me short before I could ask any questions. I don't know why they would even open a pharmacy if they aren't going to truly help and be mindful of the people who come here seeking medical help. I'll be changing my pharmacist pickup location. Pharmacy: We had to switch to Walgreens from CVS due to insurance. my only regret is that I didn't switch over sooner. The pharmacy manager is absolutely awesome. yes they have some people that need training but they acknowledge it and when you go back they have new people well trained the pharmacy section wait time is never as long as most pharmacies they have convenient drive Thur. Since Mari, the former pharmacy manager left her position there, the service declined to zero. The current pharmacist named "Narzi" and the pharmacy manager named "Romella" are terrible and incompetent at best. I never had issues refilling my pain medications when Mari ran that department. Mari was sweet and always went beyond my expectations to meet my needs for few years. Not to mention, she had exceptional customer service to top it off. It's beyond my comprehension how an incompetent pharmacist became the manager there. Narzi is very rude and possess zero customer service skills. Romella the manager is impolite and condescending. I was visiting from Arizona for the weekend, and felt a cold coming on. I went to Walgreens to purchase some Theraflu and was asked for my ID (No big deal right) well I was told from the employee checking me out, that I COULDNT PURCHASE the item because I didn't have a California ID or Drivers License!! mind you, this was not an item that i had to go get at the pharmacy either. I've been looking online to find where this law is at (since she also told me, that it was a new law in California) and I cant find anything... I really hope this isn't true, or else every person VISITING the state is screwed if they get sick, and if it really isn't true, then Walgreens needs to do a better job at training their staff. read more

I went inside today to pick up my pics that I ordered the day before . I had an hour to kill so I decided to attempt to get more pics. Printed out . I have never done it before but I thought it should've been that hard . I follow the directions on the touch screen monitor and when I plugged my phone nothing happened. Waiting a few minutes still nothing happened. I get up since I saw a employee working on the photo area and asked what should be happening after I plugged in my phone she said should be downloading my pics . Obviously it wasn't so I sat there for a little while longer and then got up and left . I didn't get her name but she was young looking with dark hair and wore a lot of makeup. i came here just for my Bai coconut water, the store is kept nice and clean. it just seems like a bit smaller than the one on Woodman and Van Nuys. This Walgreens has ONE shopping cart only, so don't expect to buy more than a couple small things. I told the manager that they needed to get more carts and he walked away without acknowledging me. I came here to get my picture for my passport the first time I came in the guy who takes the pictures which is really rude told me that I couldn't wear the shirt I was wearing because it had a design he said that my shirt had to be a solid color so I left came back a week later with a solid color shirt and the same rude guy now tells me that I have to remove my nose ring. So I told him that I am NOT going to remove it and he said that it's at my risk if they reject my photo. I decided to leave again and I just went to the cvs across the street and I had no problems there they were friendly and didn't say anything about my nose ring. I went into the pharmacy to get my son's medication but they didn't have it available at this location the closest one was Valencia or Lancaster. We had a plane to catch in 4hrs and I couldn't drive back to Valencia (which is where we had just come from) Mari and Adriana were so nice and understood my situation. I will not go to another pharmacy because there were so helpful and their customer service was awesome! The quality of this store has declined to horrific proportions! The rudeness factor is disproportionate to any desire to assist customers in a polite and courteous manner. The most recent abhorrent incident experienced by a family member in my household was by my mother who had purchased some vitamins. They were - evidently - incorrectly shelved and placed above a listed price of $12. When my mother returned home, she noticed that she was charged $22. She went back to see if it was in error. We would have probably kept them even at that price. However, the girl was so disingenuous, so discourteous, so outright despicably coarse and rude, that my mother returned everything she purchased. She never does that. As to the clerk, AT LEAST APOLOGIZE for the mix up!! However, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME that we've purchased something placed above a label saying one price, only to come home to see the receipt listing another. This has happened to some friends of mine in the neighborhood and to me at least twice in the past 4 months! Maybe that's my fault for answering clients/work on my phone instead of watching everything being scanned at purchase. God forbid, a customer assume that a store listed their inventory properly and scanned to that effect. But this store isn't the same as it once. The employees have horrible attitudes, the store shelves products incorrectly, and even after being told that the product was being shelved in the wrong place, they leave it there.
