I been getting my pain medicine from Walgreen for a while till now they told me they won't longer fill my prescription because I'm young to be getting opioids and I need to do a plan to get rid of my pain. I didn't know you can be young and not have pain at all and I'm getting procedures done yet I'm still in pain. They said they wanted more info and I told them of course I'll tell my pain management to send info from all the procedure I been getting then they told me they still wouldn't because I'm getting my stimulant from another pharmacy and not them I told them why does it matter and they told me they'll have to talk to my psychiatrist and I told both my psychiatrist and pain management know what I'm taking. I got put in a pretty bad spot by the pharmacy Sunday night. I called in a refill over the phone, but after driving the 30 min to get there, I was told they were out of stock. They could've sent me text or called or something during the 3 hours between me calling and driving to pick it up, but instead I received 0 communication. Even more annoying is that there is an alternate formulation of the same exact medicine (pill vs liquid) that they wouldn't give to me as a replacement. I went to pick up a prescription tonight and the line was very long. I still waited patiently for about an hour. I never said anything, never complained. The person in front of me finally finished his transaction at the counter and left so I moved forward to the window. The lady pharmacist in the white coat with curly hair turned to me and, may I say VERY rudely told me to move back until it was my turn. Again I want to re-iterate that I was very patiently waiting and did not even utter a peep. There was no need for the rudeness because I would have politely moved back but this lady decides to embarass me in front of many other people waiting in line. WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!!!!! Before going I called and the pharmacist lady told me all of my prescriptions were closed. There was no way they were all closed, so I went to the pharmacy anyways because I knew for a fact that she was wrong and I've been getting medications for years. I come to this Walgreens for my yearly flu shot, did my covid test here, pick up my prescription and also take advantage of their photos Tmobile Tuesday special. I never had an issue here when I need a vaccination shot because I make an appointment online and come at my time slot. They added a buzzer at the photo department now if no one is there to quickly help you so that's a plus. Their drive thru pharmacy I used today when doing my covid test. It was simple and there was only 1 car ahead of me. The people working the pharmacy are nice, they will explain your medication to you and how to use it. read more

Walgreens have a computer transaction problem, they have these big beautiful machines that look really nice, but takes a long time for transaction, every Walgreens that I've been in. Have long lines, and it's not the customer service, it's not a representatives, but it is the cash register machine that they use, it takes so long for processing, transactions take so long for processing.
