Horrible service No consideration for customer needs…read moreThe bed we have is defective and we were told they'd pick it up on a certain date, with cable company hours.. you know, "we will be there between today and next year" kind of deal We then wait all day for the pick up and finally call at the end of the day being told it would not happen today and needed to be rescheduled. Why didn't you call us, why did we have to reach out to be told this? Then I asked to speak to the manager and get put in hold for several minutes, told I'd be connected to the manager and I get sent directly to voicemail. I then call back and am hit with an answering service. They don't care about their customers and the fact that having this faulty equipment is a hazard as if there were an emergency my loved one could not access the exit easily. All they care about is $$$$ AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I was paired with Shawn L. as my respiratory therapist who set me up with a new cpap machine. I was able to try many different masks and sizes and ask questions and was given all the time in the world to feel comfortable with this new equipment. In the month since I've started cpap therapy, Shawn has been available to answer questions or swap out for a new style mask that might be more comfortable. I could not be happier with this company and as a nursing assistant at Exeter hospital, I appreciate and recognize great care.

Broken billing online doesn't work and takes a half hour to get through on phone. Oh and impossible to register on thier portal for billing. I'm done!

This company is the worst ever. I am now in week 2 of no CGM sensors and I had to keep filling up…read moremy last reservoir so I wouldn't be without. Finally got those. I have called them at least 5 times and each time they either blame the prior auth (completed 3 weeks ago) or say they will expedite the order. The call center staff is pleasant but they have no clue how to fix issues. I saw another post here about Reliable Diabetes Supply and I am definitely going to try them. If I could go negative or at least 0 I definitely would. Stay clear!
