I was struggling to breathe even though my pulse ox showed a good result. Today I saw a provider at a different urgent care (Chenal urgent care is the place to go to)that listened and cared. He did a chest X-ray that showed really bad bronchial inflammation and gave me a steroid shot. I do not recommend Baptist urgent care even if you think you are dying. They do not care. They are incompetent. Also, someone who works there smells horribly of cigarette smoke. It was floating around everywhere. I know it's an employee bc they came into our room to turn off the machine that was making our room freezing cold and when she came in we got the horrible cigarette smoke smell again

I got my painful ass up and went to Sherwood. Takes your payment the first 10 minutes you are here. But still haven't been seen! After 2.3 hours they discover they don't have the testing supplies. We have lives and jobs to get to also.
