The case worker Robin Dugan is absolutely repulsive, one of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of encountering, she has no humanity in her & no business holding the position she does here, I wanted to become my Mothers surrogate medical decision maker or Poa, so I could let them give my Mom the help she desperately needed, I went back & forth with Robin after she was trying to agree with Noah Ene's bogus evaluation at first, then she seen my Mom clearly was not coherent & said she needed to go talk to her boss, of course she never returned, you are a disgusting pig Robin! I got so fed up with this place I checked my Mother out, I took her to another hospital the next morning & they immediately found her incompetent & incapable of making her own decisions, to anyone reading this please keep your loved ones far away from this place. After complications with an amputation She went to the emergency room at 7:30pm but was not admitted until after midnight . The next day the Social work came in to inform her that her insurance as a min general employee lapsed at midnight had she been admitted when she arrived or before midnight the insurance would have covered her stay . That of course was intentional, my mother passed less than three months later with nothing to show for being an employee for over 20 years .

After wasting over an hour there, getting all my info faxed over, I did not want to have to go somewhere else. Nonetheless was forced to... she said she couldn't bill my employer (even with all the documents from my employer giving her consent to) and I needed to pay upfront. Amy is awful, she needs a performance review and LOADS of education. Coming from nurse administrator here, you should not have someone like Amy at the front desk. I went somewhere else and they read it within one minute standing at the front desk. For free!! They were extremely polite and went out of their way to help. Got this awful cyst off my face. I was awake for the surgery which feels like a flex LOL. His front office staff was great too. The plastic surgeon department was my favorite one. If I ever get this weight off, they're first I'm going to for skin removal LOL! The main complaint thought is definitely the front desk in the Park Manor associates side needing to be better about answering calls. I work front desk, I know it's possible and I've seen them improving drastically- it seems they replaced the old staff with people a little more thrilled for their job. My job is a hotel, the phone is constantly ringing, and I have a million other things to do. And I get paid a fart and a smile (basically nothing is the point), so I get their standpoint but I also question it and have gotten flustered with it because I find they get paid more and are always way less busy then my job- so I don't get the wait times. Coming in and seeing three on staff, one person just twiddling their thumbs, but the phone not stop ringing is a bit off putting. Overall though, through my frustration I stay with this office.

Daughter is deathly afraid of needles, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made a point of learning her, my, and her father's name. The staff patiently addressed her numerous questions, and reassured her at every opportunity she would "pull through" (it was only ankle surgery). Her room was immaculate, fairly spacious, and comfortable. They kept track of Daughter's own personal wheelchair we brought. and checked to make sure it was adjusted and working properly. We (her father and I) were able to track her on overhead t.v. monitors at all times. Immediately afterward, the surgeon, Dr. Macalus Hogan, came out to discuss Daughter's surgery privately with her father and I. I would highly recommend this facility.

We were told by the park ranger to go here. When we got here, there were two people standing at the front desk. There was a sign that said, "please wait here to get checked in." We sat there for about 10 minutes and no movement. We asked the people in line how long they had been standing there. They said they've been waiting for 40 minutes with no interaction with staff. Seriously? That is ridiculous. We ended up leaving and drove to the Garrett medical center and we were in and out with an X-ray in about 2 hours. I'm sure those two people were still waiting to be seen. This is how you help people? I don't think so.
