Great for a quick covid test. No appointment. Walk-in are good. Best for peace of mind.

Had one of the worst demeanors for somebody working in the medical industry we've ever experienced. her demeanor was rude, short and degrading. My fiancé had a broken foot and this receptionist did not want to go out of her way to even give her a clipboard so she could sit down and fill out paperwork. Once we got into the actual room to have the foot we made the mistake of assuming we were talking to a doctor. There are no doctors . Not doctors. We were charged for an x-ray. And told we couldn't get a copy until the next day because they had to get it over to an orthopedic center to look at. Then we were told the orthopedic center needed. Two people to confirm looking at x-rays. If you're an orthopedic specialist, one should be able to read the x-ray. At the time they told us her foot was broken and tried to sell us a boot for her foot the cost of buying it Online. And the next day they called and said it was not broken, but we are referring you out to an orthopedic specialist probably so they can get a kick back. Worst experience a doctors office. Number one worst receptionist for this kind of business. This receptionist compassion was lazy and slovenly and only wanted to get the doors closed so she could go home. Terrible experience I highly recommend you go somewhere wasting your money there.

My fiance, infant, and myself drove 30 minutes as it was the only urgent care open at the time, we came in around 5:50 on a day where they closed at 7. After being checked in by the receptionist who was quite less than kind we waited for about 40 minutes before being seen (the clinic was completely empty). Throughout the time we were waiting they turned away two separate patients, one being a sick child. The initial exam-if you could even call it that- was brief, the woman took my vitals and asked me essentially what was wrong with me all while acting as though I was such an inconvenience to her. When I explained my symptoms she asked me when it started and how. I responded that it had began hurting tuesday night, that there was no one incident that set it off and that it has progressed since then. She rolled her eyes and scoffed and said "So you were just sitting in a chair and it started hurting" in a sarcastic tone. I responded and repeated what I had just told her and she said "well you're not going to be able to do anything because you're breastfeeding." She then sent the second woman in. At this point I didn't think it could get any worse and I was extremely wrong. She came in and immediately started by saying i'm just going to need to ice it, without even looking at my wrist. I was pretty concerned as my injury is clearly affecting my nerves and the circulation in my hand. She then asked me what was wrong, this is the third person I had spoken to and each one of them acted like I was such an inconvenience. This upset me because I am not one to go to urgent care, I think I've been 3 times in my whole life so this was a big deal that I had gone. I told her my experiences and she said "well it's not swollen or discolored" without even looking at my other hand for comparison. (I will put a picture in my review). She then had me rotate my hand and when I did so very slowly (because of the significant pain it was causing) she also rolled her eyes. Next she had me try to squeeze her hand and when I was unable to apply much pressure at all she kept snapping at me to squeeze harder. She poked around my forearm which was extremely painful before going on a tangent about how she has to wear a wrist brace and basically invalidating me and making it seem like she had an injury and I didn't. She continued to berate me and insinuate that my wrist was just sore from holding a baby and that there was no deeper issue. I then told her I had an MRI done the day before and her whole demeanor changed. She was telling me to come back asap on monday so she can prescribe me something. Again after she had also said "well you can't do anything because you're breastfeeding." It seemed like she only engaged at the end because she knew I would be a repeat customer to make more money off of. Needless to say I will never be returning here and that woman certainly will not be reading my mri. They couldn't even tell that my hand was swollen. Overall, the entire experience was horrible. Poor customer care, poor quality of treatment, and extreme wait times for an empty clinic. It was extremely frustrating to be dismissed in a medical setting- especially since I am the last person to go to a doctor-it has to be something important for me to even think about going.

Angela and Lori, the two ladies at the front desk, were so very friendly and caring. Since I couldn't write, they filled out all of my paperwork for me. Not only did I not wait that long, but the waiting was extremely pleasant. The facility was impeccably clean and bright and I certainly appreciated the Christian reading material that was available to make the time go faster. Denise was my nurse and she was so very funny, pleasant and extremely professional. Her sense of humor was comforting and distracting. Dr. Vanlue was amazing. He took care of the pain, stitched me right up with extreme precision, and was very detailed in explaining how to care for my injury. Urgent Care centers sometimes seem like they get the "B" or "C" level doctors, but Dr. Vanlue sure was an "A"! Plus, both the nurse and the doctor were foster and adoptive parents who did mission trips, so having faith-filled medical practitioners was an amazing bonus. I would go back to this location in a heartbeat. FYI - It took me forever to type this review due to the injury on my finger. I wanted to do it asap to share this recommendation with others. These folks were worth it!

We explained the issues and he left. They pulled a blood sample and later Amanda stated it came back ok. Long story short Dr. Taylor never came back in the room during the entire 3 hr visit. We left and went home. I made my wife some chicken soup and slowly felt better. Today 7-2 my wife went to her Kidney Doctor. He reviewed her blood work from the ER and stated that her sodium had bottomed out and they should have gave her two bags of IV. I get it, he said / she said, but what REALLY pissed me off was Dr. Taylor's comment that he had a short attention span and give him the short version, like we were bothering him. Maybe his lack of "attention" missed the issue on the blood test?? How does someone with a short attention span become a MD in school? .......we will not go back to this location.

I was having a colonoscopy that week and had to eliminate red. so no red beets and my blood pressure went up. the nurse now was so upsetting she asked me several times the same questions. what was your blood pressure? 3x. The doctor diagnosed my problem very quickly, and they treated me within 15 minutes once I was in the exam room. I specifically chose this facility because it's ER doctors without the ER wait/price. It is a walk-in facility, so depending on demand, you may have to wait a while. But it's much better than, say, going to Quest and waiting without an appointment. And if you think about it, you wouldn't want them to cut your appointment time short and not give you the care that you deserve. So you might have to wait a little while.
