The Nurse Practitioners are always down to earth and compassionate. The triage nurses are so great my son and I have been frequent fliers lately between ear infections, sinus infections and COVID. Sometimes I will make an appointment but others times we just walk in. The office is always very nice and put together. The staff we have encountered which is most of them have all been so kind and patient. I as a parent never feel that my questions are below the health care providers pay grade. Also, the report reflected that I had blood in my stool and family history of cancer, this error makes me think my reports were from another patient. This information was incorrectly listed on my chart. These errors indicate that this type of mismanagement may be ongoing, and patients may go through a Negligence or a Medical Malpractice upon any procedure or surgery. I believe this error has to be addressed to the medical board to prevent more errors and medical malpractice.

I told the doctor what happened the last time I was there and that I could have a sinus infection. He didn't even look up my nose to see if it was infected. Later that night, I could not hear out of my ear. The next morning I went to a different urgent care and again was told I had an ear infection and sinus infection and was put on high dosage antibiotics. The people are very nice, and it is a clean and very good environment, but they obviously do not listen to their patients.

Gave us some amoxicillon for an ear infection and gave me some saline for the nebulizer saying that would dry up his congestion if I could get him to breathe it in. Maybe 5 hrs after leaving he was so much better and now a day after and hes doing great. I recommend her above anyone else. She helped me get some sleep finally and I can't thank her enough!! Wow! What a great experience during an awful experience!…read more I was feeling horrible when I visited CareNow on rt46 in Sanford yesterday and everyone there was so accommodating and kind. I was in and out in less than an hour (it was very quiet when I was there). They electronically sent over my prescription to my pharmacy. They even called to check and see how I was doing the next day! When I said I was still not feeling well they offered to give me a doctors note to excuse me from work with absolutely no hassle. What a personable and caring staff. Everyone that I came in contact with in the office was beyond kind. Not to mention the location is beautiful and clean, there's like 10 bottles of hand sanitizer and boxes of tissues spread throughout the waiting room. Some toys for children, a family movie playing in the waiting room and throughout the exam rooms (what a great idea for the kids!) All in all this was probably the best urgent care I've ever visited. I will definitely use this office exclusively for urgent care from now on.

I asked that copies of the X rays be sent to Florida Orthopedics. Md Now personal informed me they could not send X rays to anyone. Not a policy mater, but their equipment was no able to do so. I asked if I could be prescribed some pain medication till I could see a surgeon, I was told "No they frown on that kind of thing" so I had to go two days before I could see a surgeon with a badly broken shoulder. I paid out of pocket and was told all charges were paid for. Weeks later I received a $50 charge on my credit card, no explanation. Avoid this place. Dishonest billing practice and incompetent.
