Called on New Year's Day to have the locks at our new house re-keyed. He was very responsive and asked if this was for an emergency. As it wasn't, he scheduled to come out the next day. Miles was fabulous. He was early to the appointment and had everything with him to re-key all 5 locks on the house. He found that one of the door knobs was broken and replaced that as well. The front door didn't close correctly and looked to be crooked. He adjusted it and now it's perfect. His pricing was very reasonable and he was very friendly. The door to my garage had been acting up, but naturally I kinda ignored it. Until the day the lock would not budge at ALL, and there is only one door into the garage, where my car is. The garage door opener was in my car, locked in the garage. Okay, just randomly picked Medford Lock and Safe, hoping someone could come out that day and WONDERFULLY, I picked the best lock smith without even realizing it. Miles, the owner, was wonderful and came out within 4 hours. The lock took some time to get open, but Miles did not give up. He had the necessary part in his truck, he worked quick and clean. "Miles" (the owner) is the BEST! I recently had a break in and wanted to add REAL security. I made a few calls to several locksmiths in Medford and Grants Pass, and Miles seemed the friendliest, and most informative. He suggested a few security features I hadn't thought about, and we scheduled an appointment at the house. Miles arrived right on time, and his work was "high level". I asked Miles how many employees he has, and he said, "Just one, and you're looking at him." He went on to say that by him doing all the work himself, he KNOWS the finished job will be first rate. Finding the best locksmith (especially in southern Oregon) is like panning for gold. You're gonna find a lot of dirt, fishing line, washers, screws (etc.) before you finally find GOLD.
