At this moment I am still unsure about why there was so much miscommunication with the billing, however; I will give credit where it is due. It means a lot that a business is willing improve and, when I was contacted by the director, I was ensured they would work to improve the areas they are lacking in. I have left good doctors due to bad experiences with billing departments because it wasn't worth the headache. Here they took x-rays and looked at my issues in depth. Then they talked with me about my concerns and how we could move forward.
