Consumer's complaint: Media Giant Posted images of their office and company business logos and another company's business logos on our Public Google My Business account, The Ateam Captains Yacht Management "images say on them posted by Rick Simnett"and "Samantha Hart" knowing it is not thier office location, it is a Google My Business account for Ateam Captains Yacht Management, Rick Simnett also moved our Google account address to 2011 S 25th Street Ft Pierce Fl. 34947. The Ateam Captains Yacht Management did not register It there, it was moved to this location re-created by someone who has access to public GMB accounts. Our Company has been working with our Bank regarding the matter of unfair and possibly a Fraudelant transaction, it is likely that Rick Simnett and Samantha Hart have used thier stated Google Certified Partner access to undertake this bad actor performance. The original contract was agreed to and funded with Samantha Hart who stated Google Partner, co-owner of Media Giant and wife of Rick Simnett, owner of The Carleton building the two are the stated present owners of The Carleton Bulding their Media Giant online marketing company is also opertated out of and where as we had executed a Virtual Office agreement with that Firm last year, that we have documented that the day after our intial complaints have saved all images, emails, texts and a letter from our Bank that has permanently returned our funds under a purported fraud investigation over the past several months. read more
