I called a few transport services, Aapax responded. I found the cost to be acceptable for round trip service. The scheduling was fast, there is a "no refund" policy for same day appointments. Aapax showed up with a vehicle for both my mom and I, the vehicle was clean and the driver very professional wearing a fresh mask. The driver helped my mom into the vehicle making sure she is safe and comfortable. Our trip was quick and safe, the driver was able to drop my mom and I off at the front door, they gave me their card. When my mom's appointment was finished, I gave the driver a call, they were there in no time. The next time I used Aapax the setup was just a simple for my mom. This time I had an idea on how long it would be so I could schedule a pick up time. It turns out I was off, or the doctors office was off whatever the case may be. The driver, the same driver we had before, was able to accommodate the delay. Again, this driving service is fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. Besides she does not have an iPhone to use the app. In Sacramento, I have a nephew but he was working and lives in Elk Grove. He does not drive, legally blind. My niece is a single mother to 3 little girls and a college student, as well as care giver to her mom. She was not able to help either. I was about to give up and drive the 2 hours so that I could take her to ER. I had an idea to look for non emergency transport for medical, thinking that would be a good way to go. Found out really quick they are EXPENSIVE! Mom is on a fixed income and I am certainly not rich. I supplement her as it is currently. Money is tight. I read a few reviews and saw Hands of Grace and thought ...okay this is the person to call. Don't know why, but this was the one that I called. OMG, am I glad I did! Jason Daniel answered the phone. He was kind, caring, understanding, helpful. I asked, waiting for the big number, how much it would cost to get her to Roseville emergency, he asked how much we could afford, really? Are you serious? That is unheard of in todays world. What an incredible person, even willing to trust that I will send him a check to pay the fee. Amazing human. This is who you want to transport your loved ones. There were to pick up my elderly father at the nursing home to transport him to a doctors appointment. This was the second time this company has transported him. The first time they were 1/2 hour late picking him up but he made his appointment via creative driving. By creative I mean not safe. They were still there 20 min later when his appointment ended. I think this was by chance but lucky for us I find out. Second time they are 45 min late to pick him up. Now you have to understand this was ARRIVED 45 min late. That didn't include loading and unloading! Again with the speeding and unsafe driving they made a 30 min drive in just over 10 min! Seriously? The reason you may ask. The driver did not feel good! What? You dont feel good? If your ill enough to not be able to handle your work you stay home sick. You dont jeopardize your customers lives. Even discounting the "driver" how many people were put at risk? My father first and foremost. Being in a wheelchair and strapped in there is no way he could have gotten out in the event of a crash and heaven forbid a fire after said crash. Now lets think of the family traveling in the car next to them. It could have been a huge tragedy. Thank heavens they arrived safe and no lives were changed or lost. He was however late for his appointment but they took him regardless. As you probably know thats not always a guarantee at the doctors office. He needs to get back to the safety of the home he knows. He needs assistance using the restroom. Not something I can do for him. But ok hopefully 20 min is a time he can withstand and wait out. So 20 min pass, 25 min pass. I call again, the call cuts in and out so Im unable to understand the excuses. But what I took from the call was that they were on their way. Another 5 min, 10 min. I call again. Hold on, let me beep the driver. Great lets distract the speeding driver, thats going to turn out well. After a few minuets of waiting Im either hung up on or cut off. Another 5 min pass, 10 min......... by this time my poor father has lost all control and not only soiled himself but has totally mentally lost it. So I call yet again. Im told when he talked to the driver during my last call he was and X and Y cross streets. Well if that were true he would have been here by now. Its at this point I ask do we at the very least get a discount for this "service"? No! The reason you ask? Because they have not had a transport to Kaiser who was done in less than an hour in YEARS. Seriously? Two weeks ago they transported my father to Kaiser. His appointment (as I mentioned) took 15/20 min. I said no thats NOT true. My fathers last appointment was 15 min. He said well I don't think we did the transport. YES YOU DID! Two weeks ago! At this point I have no choice, this poor man has to get back home, and soon. Ten minuets later the van FINALLY shows up. And I paid for this S&IT! This is the company that was set up via the nursing home. Perhaps they get a kick back? I dont know but needless to say Im shopping for another company to do his next transport. Please, if you value your life not to mention your or your loved ones life choose another company.

Art always calls 20 to 30 minutes a head of time to let you know when he will be arriving. And then he will call again when he arrives. Unlike other companies where they drive up and if you're not standing outside waiting, they drive off and move on which has happened to us all the time prior to this company. Christina works in the office and handles the scheduling of the appointments and deals with insurance issues. They make sure everything runs smoothly. They are amazing and wonderful people who run a great company. I can't say enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
