It was my first time here picking up medicine. Never again. I was told I should receive a message when it's ready so I was literally waiting for hours. (Which I understand everyone is trying to get their medicine for THEIR HEALTH) I received a dexa injection from my primary doctor and I was supposed to take my medication right after but it's been so delayed. On the app it showed that it was going to be ready tomorrow so I contacted them and told them that I needed it today because I was supposed to take it after my injection. They said it should be ready after 6:30pm (I received my injection at 12pm) so again I waited for 2 more hours only for them to message me that it's out of stock. So I had to transfer my RX.

This CVS is located in shopping center next to Pollo Campero and close to a UPS Store. Elva is…read moreusually one the cashiers and she always warmly greets customers coming in or leaving. She is always super helpful, efficient and professional. This cvs constantly has a line but she always rings things up in a timely manner without being rude. I have also had interactions with two young males I think they might be supervisors and they are always very professional and helpful as well. There are several Cvs around the area but I always feel more welcomed at this one so I always come back to this one. This CVS is lucky to have these wonderful associates working at this location. Sometimes it takes a little long for someone to come open one of the locks but this is more of a staffing issue and not a customer service issue because I always see the employees busy helping someone else out or they are assisting customers in line because the line does get long sometimes.
