If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to buy a couple of items and when I inquired about the ice cream he said it was closed because it was only him working. Can he go back and forth why do they offer ice cream but then decide to close it whenever they like. Then he suggested we buy the Ben & Jerry's since it was on sale but when we asked if he can give us spoons he said he couldn't give those out...This is the worst service I ever had we are in the middle of summer obviously we wanted to eat the ice cream right away why would you suggest something if you didn't have spoons available. You really can't give 2 spoons out. Maybe this Rite aid is closing down because they were previously handing out spoons left and right. Tried to get info about a medication to see if they have it available and to fill my prescription, I was told since it's a controlled substance I couldn't get that information, I would need to come in with a prescription already filled. How am I supposed to send my prescription there when they might not have it. Also what am I going to do with that information???? I have called other pharmacies (I.E. CVS and Walgreens) and they are able to tell me if they have the medication or don't, thanks a lot entitled pharmacy lady. read more

Went into the pharmacy today. I had such a great experience with the manager named Suehey. I went in for my vaccine. And had some questions about some of the products being sold. Suehey helped me find some vegan friendly alternatives to what I originally was using. She is such an amazing worker and her enthusiasm to help me was heartfelt. Thank you Suehey!!!! read more

This is one of the most cleanest and sanitized rite aid I've been to. Due to Covid-19 most places don't follow the guidelines in keep the place clean for the customers, kept the social distancing as well. Had a night meeting for Bible study. Stopped in to get some sweets for the group. Got to the register then find out that if you don't have a card, you have to pay the regular rip off price. I went to this location yesterday to pick up my medicine from the pharmacist and my interaction with the female worker was very unprofessional and very rude , I have never felt more disrespected, humiliated and put into such a uncomfortable environment when the worker questioned me asking me if the medicine I picked up was for me due to me having covid like symptoms questioning me in front of other people standing behind me in line asking me " What was I doing in the store if I had Covid" when I explained to her I actually got tested and told her my results just came back negative and I was cleared just had a cold she proceeded to say " Still you shouldn't be in this store if you're sick " while wearing my mask she proceeded to act loud and unkind walking away and giving her back to me , People standing behind me over heard the entire conversation everyone started looking at me making me feel uneasy and embarrassed , with all due respect I don't think it's anyone's business to question someone in front of others and if I did have Covid or not she shouldn't have acted that way towards me or anyone else I shouldn't have to explain myself in front of the line that's not a pharmacist job the only reason I did was because she seemed to feel some way since she looked at the medicine and she wasn't wearing a mask, I will no longer be coming back to this location after the experience I had I don't wish this upon anyone , Rite Aid should re evaluate the type of people that are representing there brand if that's the type of image they want to portray. read more

The manager at this store is very rude. While shopping tonight, I decided to use the restroom. There were no signs saying they were closed and the restrooms were unlocked. Maybe about 2 minutes while I was still using the restroom, the manager tried opening the door. When it wouldn't open, he tried using his key to open it while I was in there! It was very intrusive and weird. While he was trying to force his way in, I quickly finished using the restroom and opened the door. As soon as I opened it, he was standing there and said "the restrooms were closed" angrily as if I should've known even though there was no sign or anything saying that. "I didn't know that" I said but he didn't care, he just kept yelling. I walked away and left the store. I'd didn't feel like purchasing anything there anymore. These days I limit my outings as much as possible! Was pleased to find everything I needed in various departments at this rite aid. Shelves were neatly stocked and I didn't need to search or linger more than I needed to. The customer service was great. Check advertisement before purchasing they will charge you full price for an item that is on sale because its "new" according to them. went in to buy something left with a headache because Ruth did not only ignore my question she failed to give me her name when I asked for it and kinda of shrugged it off. Luckily, I got it that way I could post this review. I asked for her name that way I could give it to the manager when I spoke with them about the issue I had with the clerk . She had no response about the price of the item except it's the machine and because it's new and nothing else. when I asked to speak to a manager she had pretended to call him up I waited about 5 minutes then asked for his number since he was not showing up once I called they said the manager had gone to lunch . This place is full of go elsewhere. They should fix the advertisement to the correct price or give it at the price advertised without hassle, since it was their mistake on their end, not the consumers. read more

They have good sales and a variety of products. The pharmacy is small and has friendly staff. As far as cashiers they need more especially in the evenings. Every time I go there is a line with one cashier. Sometimes a second one will open. One of them also has to manage the ice cream counter and its insane. read more

This place has been here for as long as I can remember. The pharmacy can get ridiculous at times, but if you catch it at the right time you should be good. The store is organized and has a bunch of the nic nacs that you want. They have great alcohol deals all the time so if you are throwing a party then you should come here to stock up. read more

I don't know why I continue to give them a try when the Rite Aid in Bell Gardens is far better and nicer. I came in for a simple transaction, to reload my brothers Green Dot Card. I know they can do it, but the cashier says no they don't do it. I say that the one in Bell Gardens does it, she says they have a different system then us. Seriously! You are going to lie to an IT guys face like that!?! She didn't even try whereas in Bell Gardens, the new cashier made an attempt before asking for help and getting it done for me. Been coming to this Rite Aid ever since they were "Thifty". It's always kept clean and well organized unlike the CVS in Bell. The customer service is good and it's practically never packed. For the most part you're on your own at the store, there isn't staff walking the floors or anyone asking if you need assistance finding anything. Horrible service as I'm waiting in line the cashier she screams out, you heard what he said (co worker) That he hopes I get diarrhea and starts laughing as she's helping another customer with he's medication. I went to the drop off site to tell the the guy about my new insurance, he told me it's going to be about 30-35 minutes. So I left with my sister to get a bite to eat I come back and the girl who's the cashier at the pick up site told me the pharmacist left to lunch come back in 10-15 min and my medication was still not ready so I left again to my car and just waited there then 15 mins pass and I go to the cashier tells me your medication is not ready yet (Are you F$&@ kidding me) I just told her how long will it take? She then she me to step to the side and I did waited for 6 more minutes. I finally got my medication was so upset thinking the my doctor had forgot to order me a medication since she was in a rush that day. So I had to call my DR the next day and tell them that I was missing a medication and her assistant said she did prescribe it is there let me call the pharmacy to see what happened. When your sick the last thing you want to do is go out of my way to pick it up!!! They are so unprofessional , they play a lot, and don't take their work seriously look at my case Never again will my mom, or myself will go to any Rite aide again for medication !!! I have never seen such bad customer service. I came in today with my mother to get her medicine at the pharmacy and as my mom tries to get the pharmacists attention, she very rudely tells her she's going on her lunch and won't help her for another hour. So she very patiently sits down and waits out the hour. When the pharmacist returns, my mother asks if she can be helped now and the pharmacist raises her voice and tells my mom she just got back from lunch and has stuff to do. I can understand the fact that the pharmacist has things to do but in no way did that warrant her raising her voice towards my mom. Anyhow, my mom got fed up with the pharmacist and asked to speak to her supervisor where she then raised her again and told her to go pay at the other register. My mother and I then went to find someone else to get her supervisor. Upon speaking to the supervisor, we realized it would be of no help. The supervisor simply said what did we want him to do about it. I don't know about anyone else but this is Not the type of response a supervisor should give to someone voicing a complaint. I will be voicing my complaints to their corporate offices. read more

I have been going there for a few years, I am always treated nice and many times greeted by my name. If there has been a problem with insurance declining a payment, they called insurance company and worked it out. The store is close to me and convenient, I try to go mid-afternoon or late in the evening to avoid long lines. read more

This is the worse rite aid I've ever been to they are so unorganized here, my husband dropped off my prescription and asked if they needed my insurance info they said not at the moment, than my husband goes back after an hour like they told him to get my medicine they tell him they haven't processed it yet because they tried calling to get the insurance info, really? First of all when you call leave a message I'm very sick and was asleep when they called with no voicemail, second of all that is why they should have took the insurance info in the first place now my husband is stuck having to deal with these unorganized people that cannot get it together. This is not the first time this has happened that was a couple years ago, so we decided to give it a try again since they are down the street from us just for it to happen again.
