They make a LOT of mistakes. In addition, different divisions/floors don't keep in contact with each other, leading to constant confusion. You can be dealing with two doctors, different specialties, who do not talk about the patient's needs. Some of the nurses are excellent, but they disappear for long periods. Sometimes you'll have eight visible nurses, then suddenly NOBODY. They allow alarms to run endlessly - it's excruciating. Why don't they have a central nurses' station on EVERY floor - with somebody always there? The cafeteria is adequate, at best. I stuck to the lobby sandwich shop. The patient food is odd, and most seems very unhealthy, for a hospital. Stop providing difficult-to-eat food for old people, folks.

We went there because my daughter's face was swollen, her teeth didn't hurt the face was swollen!!! so the Dr auto assumed it was tooth, and wouldn't let us talk to explain because we had been there the previous month for a tooth issue! She fussed the whole time told us it wasn't their responsibility to find us a dentist, and said she would put her on an antibiotic this one time! I explained we have no dental insurance so she said then go to a place that takes cash. As if I'm flipping rich!! I understand the teeth need to be fixed but understanding that and being able to do anything about it are two different situations! We're poor we just needed help fixing the issue we didn't need to be yelled at and made to feel like garbage My daughter and I both have anxiety and depression, I hadn't been to a Dr in many years because of these issues. I finally started going to medical care Elizabethton in May 2025, and before today July 22 2025 everyone i had seen and talked to had been nice, caring, and understanding. Now this Dr Suzuki has ruined all progress I have made, i never want to go back now There is just no reason to ever be that rude, and act like we are an inconvenience.

There were young ladies passing out samples of the stuff at today's game where the Red Sox were hosting the New York Yankees. There were also convenient dispensers in a few places around the concessions area with Blue Lizard in three different varieties - Regular, Sensitive and Kids. Wow, I am so glad I slathered this stuff all over my exposed skin. I was wearing shorts and a tshirt with a ballcap so there was a lot of skin to cover. I managed to get just about all and this stuff WORKS. The day after the game, I have only two small spots that I must have missed - right where my sunglasses cover my temples. Oops. It doesn't look great going on - a thick white goop. But a few moments later, absorbed and now just shiny. A few minutes after that, nothing at all. It's a great product and it works really well.

After watching several patients being admitted after I had arrived, I asked why all those people were admitted ahead of me. They said I had a same-day appointment and they were trying to fit me in. This was not true; my appointment was made two weeks previously and confirmed by telephone a couple of days previously. The office staff apologized and finally admitted me at 11:30 am.

It's sunday and it's slow, granted, but the front desk person is talking to another front desk person extremely loudly. She hasn't stopped yet, talking about personal business at top volume in the waiting room, some of which is extremely private in terms of details. It's really not what I want to hear, coming here for help. She's detailing gossip and "he said she said" giggling like a teenager and being disruptive. Even talking about who sleeps with who within her social circle. Not everyone knows how to be professional in a professional environment. Maybe this is a good coaching opportunity for her. When someone comes in for urgent care the very last thing anyone wants to hear in that situation is how the front desk girl's weekend went and who slept with who punctuated by hysterical giggling akin to a small child. The concept of "inside voices" isn't that difficult to enforce. As the room fills up and gets busier she continues. Please, someone with some responsibility explain that front desk isn't social hour, and who slept in what bed with who isn't an appropriate work conversation to have. This waiting room sounds like a high school lunchroom and it's appalling. This is a medical facility. She's been going and going and going for half an hour and it's entirely unprofessional. Please, someone let her know that performance improvement is needed; folks that come in for medical care aren't interested in her weekend, in teenage drama and DEFINITELY don't care who slept with who outside the office environment. Not very reassuring.

I was able to go with her to her appointments at the Morristown office on Merchants Green and was thrilled with the personal care and attention she received. I had been in healthcare, and gone to many office visits with family and friends, but had never experienced such genuine concern and detailed instructions as were given by Brittany and Catherine Montoto!. They are the BEST at what they do. Due to such experience and care, my friend can go to bed at night knowing her sugars are being monitored and managed by a fine group of people. She also got superb instructions on her insulin pump from Jacob. I highly recommend this group for your care! Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart Also, I'm including the office staff!
