Worst case Before my nephew was admitted they told him right away if its appendicitis you might spend 10k estimate to do the procedure. Why would you say that instead of treating the patient in PAIN. They are really after the money . Second my nephew and sister waited until 2:30 PM that is 9 hours wait. They gave my sister the bill since they have been waiting for 9 hours and she just decided to pay but still no doctor to see my nephew. Third - so my sister decided to go to the desk and show them that she already paid the bill. There was a lady sitting so my sister handed the receipt to her and the lady said don't give it to me bring it to the nurse, her voice was very sarcastic. That lady was rude the way she talked. My sister said the doctor haven't seen my nephew . Fourth scenario she went to the nurse and said we have been waiting for 9 hours and you keep on saying the doctor will be there to checked on the patient. Fifth scenario my sister found out that the lady sitting was the doctor so she went back to the lady and said you haven't seen my nephew. And you know what she said to my sister. PAPUNTAHIN MO DITO YONG PASENTE . what kind of doctor is she and she was RUDE all along, So my sister got mad and said you are the doctor you should be the one to go and see my nephew. Besides we already have paid the hospital bill. That doctors name is MICHELLE ALEXIS LIM. This doctor doesn't have the passion to take care of patients, SHE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. I won't ever go and see that DOCTOR AGAIN. REMEMBER THE NAME MICHELLE ALEXIS LIM. Lousy customer service.

She stepped up and went Dr. Taray mode just to see what they're made of. She's a bit evil that way. She did mention they had a medical mission with the staff from the hospital so I think that's very good of them. They also handled a blood drive for Southville. It's not a big hospital like Perpetual but they're accommodating, most especially if you're from Las Piñas and you had a green card, which entitles you to certain benefits courtesy of Manny Villar.

I hate waiting for my turn at the doctor's office with all the other sick patients coughing and wheezing away beside you. I always feel like I'm bound to get sicker than actually get well when I come in for a check-up. I was really surprised with my experience at Healthway Medical in Greenbelt. First off, as a medical clinic inside a mall, I had low expectations. So was very happy that they provided such good service, even better than most big hospitals. You come in and it's easy to talk to the people there to find out what the steps are. If you are a new patient, you will be directed to a computer kiosk where you can enter your patient information - very modern! Then proceed to the counter where they will ask you want you what kind of doctor you need. There was less than 5 minutes of waiting time before I was escorted to the doctor's clinic by one of the staff. The doctor was very thorough with the check up and I was satisfied with the result of the treatment. Next time you need medical advice, I would highly recommend seeking it at Healthway Medical. The service there really made me smile.

Out of all the branches that I've tried, I can truly say that I like the Greenbelt branch the best. Not only does the place look new, the staff is very accommodating! I was very privileged to have experience the Healthway VIP treatment - there's a separate waiting room with TV (woohoo) and comfy coaches. Tip: make sure you bring a book or a game to play. There's always a lot of people here so you could be waiting and waiting. Also make sure to bring a bottle of water so that when the time comes and you need urine sample, you can easily give it. The whole place is well ventilated, it sometimes gets too chilly for me so I always make it a point to bring a jacket! The doctors here are very nice and super helpful - just ask away and they will try their best to answer you.

There were no seating area to sit while waiting in the lobby. Let me start by saying the experience we had with the doctors were excellent,no complaints there. The quality of care however from staff and nurses were horrible. Background this was my grandmas second stay at this hospital (which they should have learned their lesson the first time). My grandma was admitted going on 10 days now and she had developed bed sore twice(First one was from previous visit sometime last year which they had to have it cleaned and scraped even after they were discharged). Fast forward to present on the 4th day we noticed that she had a small sore starting which we brought to the doctor and assured us that he will make sure nurses/staff will turn grandma every 2 hours. NO ONE EVER CAME, maybe 2x out of the days did someone come to attamept to turn her. When the wound/sore started to get deep WE requested for wound nurse to asses, again nothing we had to keep asking. Finally they said to buy some ointment at the pharmacy Mercury and buy 4x4 and put on the wound. Still at this point NO ONE STILL cares to come and turn or help change her. Every time we asked for assistance they acted like we were bothering them. Lets just say sore is not better and still no urgency about it or one ever even looked at it. WE FAMILY are the onese doing the turning and cleaning. . What kind of hospital is that?To think they charge for everything and has this "expensive and suppose to one of the best hospital in Manila reputation" you would think they will try and be their best. But best believe they were very good at updating that medical bill every day. One time time the nurse said they were "short staff" and unable to help. I'm telling you if you have a family member admitted here and was suffering under thier care you would be upset. The sore was caused by thier negligence and no one even tried to make better. Worst service and care from a medical setting ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My father was admitted to Perpetual Help Medical Center Biñan and, sadly, passed away during his…read morestay. I'm sharing this with the hope that it leads to improvements in patient care, especially for the elderly and critically ill. From the start, we noticed areas that could be improved. The waiting room was uncomfortable, with no fan, a broken TV, and limited parking. During one particularly emotional evening, I went to the chapel at night to pray, seeking comfort--but was constantly interrupted by repeated "code blue" announcements coming from various areas of the hospital. It was emotionally overwhelming and added to the heavy atmosphere already surrounding our family. The ICU visitation policy allowed only one hour per day (10-11 AM). While I understand the need for controlled access, this time frame can be difficult for working family members. There were only two gowns available for use, and the hand sanitizer outside the ICU was empty at one point--raising concerns about infection control. Policies on photo restrictions were enforced, but other important safety measures felt inconsistently applied. Communication with the medical team was also a concern. Updates were sometimes given in public areas, including the waiting room, with non-family members present--raising privacy issues. Medical decisions were difficult to navigate. We agreed to a ferrous infusion for low hemoglobin, but only learned after it was administered that it could take weeks or months to be effective. We also signed a waiver for a B Positive +3 blood transfusion, thinking it was urgent, only to find out there was a delay due to crossmatching that had not yet begun. Eventually, we were informed--without prior notice--that our father was undergoing CPR. The lack of communication during such critical moments was incredibly distressing. After his passing, we observed hospital staff talking and laughing casually near the ICU, which felt inappropriate and painful to witness. Additionally, he developed a pressure wound on his nose, which appeared to result from an improperly fitted BiPAP mask. To be fair, the cardiologist on his case provided clear, compassionate, and professional care, which we sincerely appreciated. Her communication stood out positively amid an otherwise difficult experience. We later learned that this hospital serves as a training institution, and while we understand the importance of teaching hospitals, we sincerely hope that patient care remains under proper supervision and with full transparency. This experience has left our family grieving and disheartened. We share this feedback in the hope that it encourages improvements in care, communication, and respect for patients and their families. Every patient deserves dignity, and every family deserves to feel supported during the most difficult times.
