I called my doctor and they said they sent it. I called the pharmacy back and they said they still don't have it. I asked the pharmacist to give them a call and speak with them because I don't know what the issue is. The guy was getting frustrated with me and said "WELL ITS UNFAIR! ITS UNFAIR! WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO CALL" and it was extremely unprofessional. I understand he might be frustrated but his frustrated shouldn't have been geared towards me. I am also frustrated because I wasn't able to get my medication. He refused to call and it was frustrating. Now, I'm trying to transfer my prescription from CVS to an independent pharmacy. The new pharmacy called them and CVS didn't transfer it over. I went IN PERSON to CVS to ask them to transfer it over and of course, they said someone else has to call THEM. It is so idiotic. The lady I spoke to said, "It's not a good day for us as our system is backed up and I can't guarantee anything". like lady what ?? I need my medication transferred over so I can not deal with this BS (excuse my language) anymore. So if I needed a prescription for antibiotics like when I caught pneumonia, mine was filled very quickly. Then after I got married and had children and they would get ear infections in daycare and pre school Fred is the one I would go to. Then he bought his own Reliable pharmacy and it still is the same. You never wait longer than 10 minutes. Fred is a Doctor of pharmacology which means he knows what every drug will do for you or to you. He gives out sage advice and talks to everyone as though he would talk and look out for his own family. He really cares about his patients! The name Reliable is a spot on name for this store because for every aspect done in this store, whether it be giving vaccines, or helping people to decide which vitamins to take or asking questions about a procedure they are thinking of having done or a drug to consider taking, he weighs it heavily with much thought and wisdom and gives you his answer. Also he will catch drug interactions and quickly call your Doctor up and say "I can't give them this drug because it will interact with what he or she is taking which in the ends keeps you safe. He's on top of it! His store is always clean and sanitary. They also sell nick nacks as well as jewelry and all holiday items. They have Brown Bag sandwiches which are really delicious and nutritious. Most hospitals buy these for their patients in case they get hungry in the middle of the night. They also sell baby items there, toys and ambulatory supplies as well as bandages and some His staff are amazing!!!! Mina has been with him for years and does a variety of right hand stuff for him. In other words she is competent, gone to school, got her degree and takes care of everything. I have seen her very , very busy and yet she just smiles, is kind and warm and makes her patients feel as though everything will be okay. If anything is wrong in the price for your drug or the prescription, she will catch it and correct it right away. Jay is another great employee! She is always smiling, and works hard. She is not ever idle. Her warmth and charm will light up a room and draw people in. This is my favorite pharmacy and I will be a forever patient.

I try to wait at least an hour so that it gives them time to fill it. Once I arrive, at the drive thru window, they say about a 10 minute wait but really it's more like 20-30 minute wait. They gave me case number 26384540, but after two weeks, nobody ever called me back. I strongly warn others: think twice before using this pharmacy. My experience has been so stressful, it feels like this place could give someone a heart attack.
