The name of this Pharmacy is perfect! I was searching high and low for a medication that was out of stock EVERYWHERE and on a whim, I reached out to Delight Pharmacy because the reviews were so good. The Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me and took the time to check my insurance. Instead of a big box store pharmacy, Delight smiled when I arrived and actually cared. I feel like it's a bespoke business where they go out of their way to help. I'm transferring all of my RX and will be a loyal customer to this Delight-ful business. Everything! They are a pharmacy, not a restaurant! They send all my medicines to my address in the desert! The owners are so sharp and kind. When one cream was out of stock everywhere the owner had a contact and I had it in 2 days! I have used them while I lived in LA and for 5 years here! Give them a million points! read more

Extremely friendly people work here, nice mom and Pop type of little neighborhood Pharmacy I am really happy that I found. I was told about this Pharmacy from a friend. I was having a hard time finding a place I could get Covid tested without needing to wait four or five days as everyone is booked. I purchased two over the counter Covid tests for $39! While I was purchasing them, someone came in and asked for a booster shot for the Covid vaccine. I was shocked as I was having a hard time making an appointment to get mine. I barely felt the shot, was surprised it was done so gently and easily. I was in and out of this store in under 20 minutes with two over-the-counter Covid test kits and my booster shot (after I took one of the covid tests to be sure I was negative). I plan on moving my CVS prescriptions over to this pharmacy going forward, to try and support a neighborhood small business. read more

Unbelievable service! Thank you to Nedra and her husband who went the extra mile to locate my medication (natural/original) and ordered it directly from the drug company after CVS and other pharmacies in the area claimed it (the old/original animal version) was no longer available and was replaced by another "newer" medication (chemically/artificial created drug of choice??). It is not surprising to me that my old "natural" medication works 10 times faster and better than the new improved "chemical" version. I was having trouble filling a prescription and called around to a few different pharmacies until I finally spoke to Neda at Delight Pharmacy. She was so sweet and helpful and made becoming a new customer so simple. Today I went in to pick up my prescription and was greeted personally with a smile and quick service. I'm very happy I made the switch from the national pharmacy I was at before to supporting this wonderful small business. I found this pharmacy searching here on yelp and not only was it near me, it had amazing reviews. I was hesitant to set any expectations, but they sure were exceeded! I don't think I've ever set foot at a pharmacy where I'm treated like a welcomed guest. Neda was so kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I'm delighted to share my review :) When I heard my favorite pharmacist opened her own Pharmacy, it took me 5 minutes to switch my family prescriptions to her. Husband and I are at-risk seniors dependent on our medications. No matter the issues that arise with insurance coverage or other red tape, this Pharmacy will NEVER let you down with Neda at the helm! You won't find a more caring, personalized service from a pharmacy than Delight. And, they take the current "stay-at-home" crises very seriously and make sure you get your medications delivered exactly when you need them. I switched from a big chain pharmacy and was shocked to find that the prices for our regular prescriptions were much less at Delight! When I reviewed my payment history, I saw that I was being overcharged at the chain! I've taken the time to review Delight Pharmacy because she is a new business and I wanted to share the trust I have in this owner/ pharmacist, and the dependability in her service in the hope that our local community gives her a try and becomes as worry-free-satisfied as we are in their handling of our life sustaining medications! read more

Excellent customer service and by far the most pleasant pharmacy I have ever been to. I gave up on big name pharmacies a few years ago because they are so understaffed and run by big corporations. Delight Pharmacy gives that small business feel and aims to build a relationship with their customers. Love it! read more

I was having trouble finding a pharmacy to fill my prescription, but Delight has helped me out tremendously! They have always been so responsive to mine and my doctors calls, they will the medication ASAP, and are extremely flexible on pick up. They work diligently with my doctor and insurance, and have made the process of getting a medication for me that's been on a shortage as easy as possible. Dr. Neda was gentle, kind and quick with my 5yr old getting his first Covid vaccination. I loved that there was no appointment needed- in and out in 5 min! My son even said "that didn't hurt". Highly recommend this pharmacy. Small, family owned, and actually take the time to help their customers. They can almost always fill your prescription in a few minutes while you wait unlike the big chain stores that make you comeback hours or days later. They even saved me $80/ month on my prescriptions by taking the time to actually run my insurance properly. Very friendly staff that looks after everyone that walks in the door. read more

Dr. Neda from Delight Pharmacy has been my go-to pharmacist for over ten years. I cannot express how strong her commitment is to her patients along with her expertise and high level of service. She has helped me though multiple issues with insurance, copay, and always had my necessary medicines accessible to me. I've had many pharmacists over the years, but none is as expert and servicing as Dr. Neda Esfandiari. She is in a class by herself. She came from CVS where she trained every single one of the pharmacists there and now has her own practice at Delight. I highly recommend her and she will always take care of you. read more

I love Delight pharmacy - and I'm never going back to CVS. CVS told me that my medication wouldn't be here for over a month and that was after I already ran out. No pharmacy within 50 miles had it. Neda said she could get it by the next morning. Total life saver, compassionate, and personalized care. 10/10 would recommend. read more

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

Always a terrible experience. Always. lines going down the hall. I've been turned away from getting…read moremeds because a pharmacist doesn't ask the right questions.. been told my prescription expired and then told im picking up a new prescription too early from the last pickup... even though the doctor prescribed that day. I've had them call me to ask a question rather than ask me... sitting right there... phone was in the car... so they canceled my prescription... I sat for an hour waiting for nothing. Logic out the window. Some pharmacist are straight up rude but to be fair there have been several nice along the way.

Because of that, we end up missing out on rewards and deals. Savannah and Ruby are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, Andrew is a different experience. He often has a straight face and comes across as unfriendly. His attitude seems to depend on the day, but customer service should be consistent. Unfortunately, he's very difficult to deal with, which makes the overall experience less enjoyable.

Delight Pharmacy is a delight to work with, and the only pharmacy in the San Fernando Valley that my family now trusts with our prescriptions. I am a journalist and senior who is very careful and skeptical about providers, and hate ripoff retailers, especially when it comes to something as important as meds needed to help us healthy and at times, stay alive. I met the licensed pharmacist Neda during the years she worked at our local CVS and found her to be competent, caring and someone with good practical advice on everything from what prescriptions we might choose to how to get the best price from our insurance and other sources. CVS is an impersonal and cold blooded chain, so I really was "delighted" when Neda started her own pharmacy offering personalized service at a concierge level. Prescriptions are always done to exacting standards, we are made aware of generic alternatives, insurance and charges are as good as we can get and everything is delivered right to our door on a timely basis (no extra charge). If you are tired of the big greedy chains with a near monopoly then get service tailored to your needs, advice from an expert with a good heart, and treatment you rarely find outside of your own family, then i sincerely recommend that you make Delight your personal pharmacist. read more

Delight pharmacy helped me a lot when I couldn't find a place to go at all. I'm very serious. I don't often give reviews. There are small family run pharmacy and as of now CVS does not have any appointments for vaccinations. She gave me a really painless hepatitis B last minute for my nursing program highly recommend them they will send all documents and give them right on the spot and you don't even have to wait. It is also covered by insurance please go and support this Woodland Hills local business. read more

PLEASE SUPPORT THIS WONDERFUL SMALL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS!! I took my two teenagers in for their boosters, (no waiting whatsoever) Neda was very kind and helpful. My son was extremely anxious and nervous and then somewhat dizzy directly after his shot. She opened her doors, had him sit outside for some fresh air, gave him water and a sweet and made sure he was 100% before she let us leave (which he was within 10-15 minutes). Very compassionate and kind, which I really appreciated. read more

Dr. Neda is truly a delight....so much so that I followed her from the previous pharmacy where she worked to Delight Pharmacy because she goes ABOVE & BEYOND in reaching out to doctors, insurance, in making sure I pay the least amount. It is worth the drive...but ...wait...they deliver. I am thrilled with Delight Pharmacy, but it's all due to Dr. Neda. I think I'd follow her anywhere!!!! read more
