    Finally, this is the correct CVS where to pick up my photos. The lady who helped me find them is nice and helpful. I was there in and out fast but I saw some good deals. They have a private parking area. Accessible location. CDC guidelines are being followed

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a bad costumer service! I came here to pickup medicine after 8 hours in the ER painful and exhausted asking for help, the girl didn't want to help me and totally ignored me saying she is going on lunch break but when someone else came she gave her help right away, answered her question, gave her a medicine, took her time to explain (you're not on a lunch break?!), when I told her I was here first why you help her and not me, she just turned her back on me, closed the sliding doors and still continued to help the other person! This is ridiculous! Zero humanity. Im standing in pain and cry for help and she chooses who to help and who not to. All costumers need to get equal service, this is not exactable!     Once a month I pick up medicines here for my mother who lives nearby, I like that the staff is very friendly and helpful with me, there are no problems with parking and a nice place, there are few queues and it makes me happy that the guys cope with the task on time, thank you all

    This CVS has the worse store manager!!! A simple trip to pick up cough medicine turned into a major ordeal. I went to the store with some CVS e-gift cards. I went to the cashier and he rung up my item - but was unfamiliar with using gift cards as payment. The Store Manager (Norma Venegas) was helping another customer and also did not know how to redeem gift cards either. She instructed the other cashier to redeem the gift cards as "color copies", which I asked him why? After a few minutes, she assisted me personally and tried to scan/redeem the gift cards as CVS rewards bucks... naturally, the system did not take them. Per the instructions printed on the gift card, I asked her to input the gift card numbers manually since the barcodes were not scanning, which she REFUSED. She told me to call corporate to "get everything straighten out". I asked for her business card and name, which she also refused to provide. I called the number on the gift card and they confirmed that my gift cards were still valid. I then called CVS' 800 customer service number and they told me to bring my item to the pharmacy cashiers since the store manager was being uncooperative. I got my item and spoke with the head pharmacist (Michelle Kim) and she said it was fine to use my gift cards with her. However, after I got my item to the register, the store manager ran from the main registers to the pharmacy department and told the pharmacists NOT to ring me up. Rudely, she then told me to leave the store. This manager needs to be retrained because she obviously forgot about "the customer is always right" golden rule. My gift cards were valid, however, she didn't understand how to redeem them and she made an executive decision to not honor them in her store and then decides to kick me out to get rid of me. One last note, the store manager implied indirectly to me that she thought my e-gift cards were fraudulent since the barcodes did not ring up. I took them to another CVS and the codes did scan properly. I felt discriminated because I'm asian. She treated me like crap and I definitely will not do any future business with CVS. - Rite Aid and Walgreens are better options and treat me as valued customers.

    Got this 8.00 hairbrush for 1.85 on clearance!

    They're never out of stock of things I need and the pharmacists are so quick and nice as well as the cvs staff. Appreciate you guys!

    Inside target store, service pretty good at the Pharmacy, they always seem to be able to get meds some other pharmacies are not able to.

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

My aunt went to the car wash and she accidentally went quickly through it instead of slowly going through, it was a mistake. She could not back up due to the guy behind us not backing up. We had no choice but to drive through and try to come back around, we knew the code would be invalid so My aunt asked me to go in and see if they could give another code, the dimwitted employee in there .. Ana was rude right off the bat acting like an illiterate that can't understand when someone is trying to tell her what happened. I was polite with her and she was disrespectful. A place with proper customer service would have looked at the car, saw it was dry and gave another code. This weirdo didn't want to hear anything, she was standing there shaking her head and no matter how many times I explained she did not even try to use her small brain to understand what the situation was. So I gave up and my aunt came in to explain the situation and get another code..her money for the car wash went to waste. She stood there for 5 min trying to reason with this lady to no avail - only to hear that "I don't know what you ppl did, but our car wash is working fine" we never said the car wash wasn't working - try to learn English and UNDERSTAND what happened like we were trying to explain to your slow ass. You deserve to be fired in all honesty.

You'll get an AI robot and you can basically never speak to a real person. I was having an issue with one of my medications and the pharmacy said my doctor has to resend the prescription. I called my doctor and they said they sent it. I called the pharmacy back and they said they still don't have it. I asked the pharmacist to give them a call and speak with them because I don't know what the issue is. The guy was getting frustrated with me and said "WELL ITS UNFAIR! ITS UNFAIR! WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO CALL" and it was extremely unprofessional. I understand he might be frustrated but his frustrated shouldn't have been geared towards me. I am also frustrated because I wasn't able to get my medication. He refused to call and it was frustrating. Now, I'm trying to transfer my prescription from CVS to an independent pharmacy. The new pharmacy called them and CVS didn't transfer it over. I went IN PERSON to CVS to ask them to transfer it over and of course, they said someone else has to call THEM. It is so idiotic. The lady I spoke to said, "It's not a good day for us as our system is backed up and I can't guarantee anything". like lady what ?? I need my medication transferred over so I can not deal with this BS (excuse my language) anymore. I have never had an easy experience with CVS, so if you can, AVOID THIS (or any CVS for that matter) PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
