My 2nd vaccine appointment today felt impersonal and painful. The pharmacist isn't friendly to begin with. She administered the shot instantly, with no warning or reassurance. Having worked as a phlebotomist, I understand how important it is to prepare a patient not just medically, but emotionally. A few words of care make the difference between feeling safe and feeling like just another arm. The jab was so quick and felt really painful because it was cold. I do hope she gets called out because i felt like i wasn't treated right. read more

Mike is the worst. Rude, condescending, hates his job. I just asked about passport photos and he huffed and puffed about grabbing their old digital camera, then said he couldn't do it because someone was using the photo kiosk and says to me I should go do another CVS. I said it's ok, that I'll wait until they're done since I'm already here, and he goes "uHhHh OkAy but you're just WASTING time" and huffed and puffed again as he walked away. read more

I love this CVS location, it has a drive thru and it's easy to talk to the pharmacist over the phone unlike other locations. The store is clean, they have self checkouts and the staff is friendly. The only thing which would give this a 5 star rating is if it's 24/7. Plenty of parking spaces read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a bad costumer service! I came here to pickup medicine after 8 hours in the ER painful and exhausted asking for help, the girl didn't want to help me and totally ignored me saying she is going on lunch break but when someone else came she gave her help right away, answered her question, gave her a medicine, took her time to explain (you're not on a lunch break?!), when I told her I was here first why you help her and not me, she just turned her back on me, closed the sliding doors and still continued to help the other person! This is ridiculous! Zero humanity. Im standing in pain and cry for help and she chooses who to help and who not to. All costumers need to get equal service, this is not exactable! This CVS has the worse store manager!!! A simple trip to pick up cough medicine turned into a major ordeal. I went to the store with some CVS e-gift cards. I went to the cashier and he rung up my item - but was unfamiliar with using gift cards as payment. The Store Manager (Norma Venegas) was helping another customer and also did not know how to redeem gift cards either. She instructed the other cashier to redeem the gift cards as "color copies", which I asked him why? After a few minutes, she assisted me personally and tried to scan/redeem the gift cards as CVS rewards bucks... naturally, the system did not take them. Per the instructions printed on the gift card, I asked her to input the gift card numbers manually since the barcodes were not scanning, which she REFUSED. She told me to call corporate to "get everything straighten out". I asked for her business card and name, which she also refused to provide. I called the number on the gift card and they confirmed that my gift cards were still valid. I then called CVS' 800 customer service number and they told me to bring my item to the pharmacy cashiers since the store manager was being uncooperative. I got my item and spoke with the head pharmacist (Michelle Kim) and she said it was fine to use my gift cards with her. However, after I got my item to the register, the store manager ran from the main registers to the pharmacy department and told the pharmacists NOT to ring me up. Rudely, she then told me to leave the store. This manager needs to be retrained because she obviously forgot about "the customer is always right" golden rule. My gift cards were valid, however, she didn't understand how to redeem them and she made an executive decision to not honor them in her store and then decides to kick me out to get rid of me. One last note, the store manager implied indirectly to me that she thought my e-gift cards were fraudulent since the barcodes did not ring up. I took them to another CVS and the codes did scan properly. I felt discriminated because I'm asian. She treated me like crap and I definitely will not do any future business with CVS. - Rite Aid and Walgreens are better options and treat me as valued customers. read more

I am a regular at the pharmacy, and don't usually have problems. This time was different. Picking up my meds there was a woman behind me less than a foot away blabbing on the phone waiting to pick up hr meds m. FYI, it is like the bank where you legally have to be far enough away for patient confidentiality. Plus it is common sense. No one from the pharmacy said anything. I had to regulate this woman. Then after I get my new medication the tech never asked me if I had any questions, which I did. So I told him that I haven't taken this medication before and I had questions. The Hispanic Manager from this Location is so rude, I went to the store to look for a good tooth paste and she was following me around the store which I think is not right only because I'm a Hispanic she thought I was going to steal something. At the end I left the tooth paste where they have sprays to kill insects and she told me to give it (tooth paste) back because she need it to put it away, im sure she thought I put it in pocket or something that's why she asked for it , but I told her to go get it at then I went and got the tooth paste and gave back to her and told her I'm stealing nothing. Been coming here for about 20 years and a couple years ago they put in the self checkout stands. I don't want to use these. I don't want to get off a 12 hour shift, stop at CVS for whatnots, and try to figure out how to do someone else's job. It's bad enough the prices have skyrocketed but now I gotta do "your" job too. Had a good experience today! Came here to pick up son's prescription and realized it wasn't the correct location yet the pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful and quickly transferred it over which saved me time and energy! When i paid for the rest of my stuff at the front, Norma was an angel! She was so eager to help me out and signed me up for a CarePass and let me know i had coupons on my card to use so i saved $25 on my purchase! Her kindness and excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and i wish more employees were like that. Parking lot has ample parking and they offer drive thru covid testing too! read more

I have been shopping and picking up my scripts at this specific location for seven months. The staff is exceptional. Specifically Michelle the Lead pharmacist is efficient friendly and always helpful. Francesca is awesome as well. Knows me by name now. Always friendly helpful and professional. Evan does a great job and the entire staff is superb. I live closer to other Cvs locations but I only deal with this location because of the A team that services me. read more

Horrible service with the pharmacy, the prescriptions I was waiting for refill took more time and they missed counted pills by the pharmacist. When I came back for the complaint they didn't admit as their fault but just told me come back they'll can make it early for the missed pills. Some yellow tags are false advertisement in this CVS. The customer service sucked since they believe the system more then the customer pointing to their bright yellow tags. This is my second review. The Pharmacists, Saman in particular, and their stuff who work at CVS on Reseda are the rudest people I've encountered yet. I refill my prescription for a medication I take for my chronic back pain and every time it's something new. I called in this morning for a refill and was first rudely told "not until June 2nd", then, without notice transferred to the so called pharmacist, Saman, who told me the same thing and then when I said that I'm going to be in pain for next few days and asked him how he would like to be in pain for next few days to understand how I feel, he turned the conversation into me threatening him. There was no compassion shown, ever, and these people shouldn't be serving the medical needs of people. Maybe because they think they're more affluent that their customers, they can treat people like crap. I'm switching pharmacies and should have done it long ago instead of complaining. I had a terrible experience. I swinged by To this store to buy an eye brow pencil on my way out I stopped at a make up rack to check something when the general Mngr. Told me to leave my bag behind the counter. I was surprised and it was the first time. She made me feel like I will steal something infront of other customers. It's been over a week and still no prescription. I've calling both the pharmacy and my doctor to confirm a prescription. They receive one but not the other. They denied calling my doctor when I know they could have called the doctor. The doctors office called the pharmacy to confirm they received the prescription but the pharmacy is saying that isn't true. Very unprofessional. Not helpful what so ever. read more
